<Doing contract law at uni>For there to be a legally binding contract there has to be both an offer and acceptance. Basically Wormie (sorry I keep calling you that, bad habit) made the offer of the video in return to see your photo. The contract is accepted as soon as you post your photo. Any time after that Wormie CANNOT revoke her offer (although she can withdraw her offer before the acceptance i.e. your photo has been posted).

However, this is based in Scottish law, although I did some checking and I know that this stand s in English law... not too sure about American law, but since we're in the UK forum it doesn't matter
