There will be no charge for the dunk tank.
On an unrelated note for Bill and Sandy can you get the falcon there before 10am on Saturday? Thanks and greatly looking forward to Saturday-Allen

Hey there Sandy...here's a pic of where you'll most likely be parking. It's the same spot as last year. Cool thing is that all the folks lining up for the dunk tank (which is where the IEFF booth was last year), will get to see the Falcon in all it's glory!

Yikes two days away. New spot for the tent this year, alongside the main stage and amongst the Mandalorians and the 501st. If people are looking at the stage, they'll be looking at you, and you won't miss a thing. Plus good visibility from the mall. Would like to meet with the points of contact officially at 12 (with staff) though we'll be talking all day. I've got you down for chairs (how many) and 2 tables i believe. Will meet with Mike to cooridinate the raffle announcements. Make sure we make it known that the grand prize (the tix) must be present to win. Bill/Sandy, same place as last year, please be present by 10 or mall security gets nervous.

Again 1-4, May 29th, no tix needed, so come one come all!

BTW i got a jedi costume.

Ok, this sounds so dumb, but were we supposed to give you the egg cartons at the May 1st meeting? We still have ours and can bring them along on Saturday if you want. We have 5 or 6 cartons. Sorry about that. See you all there.

 

Thanks Sandy on the cartons but they're for the event on Saturday which they needed to be cut and prepared. Thanks though.

 

Thanks Mike, but I still will bring them just in case and put them in the trunk of the Falcon along with scissors.

 

I asked Allen and they've got more than they'll need, so it's totally cool Sandy...no need to bring them.

 

If you are sure, I won't bring them.

Alright gang gang,
just wanted to do one last post before the big day and thank you all again for coming through for us yet again! You guys are the best. I think its safe to say that I speak not only for myself but Adam as well with these sentiments. May the Force be with us all tomorrow big time!!!

 

On behalf on the entire IEFF, I want to say thank you to Allen and Adam for putting this event on and letting us get our GEEK on! Wahooooooo!


Tomorrow is going to be totally awesome for sure! Lots of pics, lots of fun, lots of great memories! Thank you to everyone showing up tomorrow to support the group. Folks that cannot be with us, we will miss you.
