However, about Padme and beeing a Queen,

She decided not to come back to the throne even tough her people (the naboo) wanted her to. She felt she would be more usefull on Coruscant.

That's what the Naboo PSA wants you to think.

Truth is that she was trown off the throne and she was used as a "senator" to keep the attention Away from the Queen of naboo..hehehe Decoy..
