Can the Braves please not get no-hit for the second time already this season?

EDIT: Finally, a hit! took until the 8th inning, but at least its a hit. And there's an error, and the tying run is aboard!

Its a loss, sure... but thank goodness it wasn't another no-hitter.

Didn't get to watch the Braves game last night as the Braves aren't on TV in Ohio but I was staring at the GameTracker when Prado hit the grand slam... complete with "oh, good, at least one run scored" (when the GameTracker had "in play, run(s) scored" but didn't have the grand slam listed yet) ... but fortunately got to see the replay on ESPN

 

we can pull this one out...

 

10-3 in the 9th with a chance for more.

This one's looking pretty good

 

a sweep is complete. Yay. next we vs Arizona here at home. I'm going to go see the game against the Mets on Monday though. Just praying it doesn't rain.

ticket prices (or availability) aren't the problem. Actually finding a time to get over to Atlanta, on the other hand, is the problem.

Lose 11-1 one day, win 13-1 the next. Go figure

Well the bad news is: We lost 3-2. So that makes my record at Braves games 0-2.


Good news: We had a great time at the game. I didn't buy a hat there, I bought one at Walmart before we went to the field. They only had 2 Atlanta hats at this walmart, but plenty of Boston hats at a cheaper price.

I filmed up to the sixth inning of just the Braves batting, but after that the usher told me that I can't film anything at all, and I had to put up my camera.

But we enjoyed ourselves. I'm sure McCann is kicking himself right now. We had the bases loaded in the 8th, but McCann struck out. If he had managed to hit the ball we could of tied or won the game. Oh well. I got some photos of our trip. So thats good too.

 

It was a good game, just not a good result. Though there were a lot of double plays on both sides.

Boston hats were cheaper because nobody wants them

 

they had cardinal hats there too...and hawks, falcons, but oddly no thrashers to my memory.

Yep. The only hockey I watch is the Olympics.

Looked like a pretty good game tonight, but I had to leave about the 7th inning.

 

We won 3-2.

Funny, last night I went to the Braves game with 3 of my friends. One of their birthdays was yesterday, the other today. They lost last night 3-2. Tonight they won 3-2. Go figure.

 

Always tough to see a team lose on an error like that, but its a win for the Braves, and I'll take it
