Tricks to play on other peoples' computers

I'm sure most of us have done this. We're left alone with a friends computer for a short while, so we change settings on it, and do various other things to annoy them

Here's a couple I've done.

1) Changed all of the windows sounds to the Wilhelm scream
2) Changed the screensaver to produce a bluescreen of death
3) The old classic. Take a screenshot of their desktop, remove all the desktop icons and replace the background with the aforementioned screenshot.

Any others?

 

That's mean! Really bad!

But I have a good one, too.

Change the keyboard layout to some strange language.

 

Someone made all of the icons on my screen make a 180-degree turn so they were upside-down once.

 

I hacked into my brothers computer, and changed the wallpaper with "I got in." He said his password was so good I would never figure it out. So naturally I would try to get in.

 

He changed it after I got in. He used missionvao. That was easy to guess. He put a new password on and said I could never figure that one out either. It was johnkiosk. I changed his wallpaper with. 'You'll have to do better then that.' He made a new password and said I will never get into this one. He's right. I can't figure it out. I've tried everything I can think of.

 

Has he tried to hack into your computer?

 

No. He is more afraid of what I will do to him if he does.

The computer he uses he shares with a bunch of other people so he made another user. I know how to hack into it from the admin user, but I am locked from that too. My older sister is pretty good at making hard passwords.

 

Another funny one is to change their keyboard driver. Most things type fine, save for punctuations. I first got the idea because i used a Japanese keyboard, most punctuation is there, just in different places and it drove my friends batty.

 

In the office we change peoples screen shots to "not so work p.c." photos.

Another one is change the color of the word or excel font to white or put a period (white of course) in the very last cell in excel so when they print it prints all the pages

 

Ouch, I would really freak out if somebody did that one to me.

The most I've done is hack my sister's password and change her desktop to "Roxanna was here." I'm harmless, I'm afraid.

 

I've popped all the keys out of a workmates keyboard and stuffed the inside with cotton buds and alfalfa seeds and replaced the keys. He was away for two weeks and when he got back the alfalfa was growing back up through the keys.

I've also covered his desk, computer, pens, paperclips, chair, well everything on his desk in foil each individually wrapped.

He was not too happy.

 

That is absolutely beyond bizarre.
