    Hi guys, just letting all you Tasmanians know that the next fan force meeting will be held on Thursday the 17th at 4pm at Morty's. Hope that you all can come but if not either message Katana_Gelder or myself. See you's all on thursday. :cool:

    I don't think that we'll have the time to come up for this meeting but we will come to the next. We'll bring up our costumes and sabers and give u guys a demo.

    Minutes for the meeting on the 16th November 2005:

    Present: 5

    Meeting opened at 4pm.

    Agenda:

    Next meeting and demo day. It was proposed that the next meeting is to be combined with a possible lightsaber demo day. This will allow the members from Hobart to participate both in an activity and a meeting. The member who offered to host the demo will be contacted as per possible arrangements. Tentative date and time: Sunday 27th November from 10.30am at City Park.

    Marathon/Prequel/Trilogy screening. It was agreed that the event should be a marathon screening on Sunday the 20th and Monday the 21st of November. The venue is at a member?s house and address and further details are available by PM. Be there at 9am for a possible 9am-9.30am start. Event will finish at 2.30pm Monday. Meals will be provided. Members are requested to each bring snack food and drinks for in-between (during the movies). Members are also requested to bring a pillow and sleeping bag if possible, plus any other item they wish to bring. Members may bring any further Star Wars media they have to be watched if time allows. This is to be strictly non-alcohol, non-drug event.

    Publicity: A new general fan force poster was presented and agreed upon. Publicity will now be focused on the upcoming demo day and meeting. A member agreed to design the poster for this event. Another member agreed to design pamphlets for this event.

    Meeting closed at 5pm.
