I totally messed up with my schedule and asked for the 23rd to work early and I'm closing on Tuesday night. I gotta get myself fixed so I can come in early on Tuesday instead.

Mike, lemme know what time you are leaving to come pick me up.

 

Van Halen just did Saturday and Sunday here and from what my buddy said it was awesome.

I had to work so...

The local Boston rock station 107.3 WAAF played a best of Van Halen songs picked by the listeners all weekend.

On another note I actually got to meet the Guitar God Ed on Friday night.
I also saw his wife along with Alex and Michael Anthony. I had just missed Sammy.

When you address Ed as sir, he replied " Don't call me sir, call me Ed" He was awesome!!!

So that made up for me not being able to go to the show. I have been blessed.

 

Oh yeah look for the new CD "Best of Both Worlds "out July 20th. But you already knew that.

Marie I'll be outta work at 3 so I'll probably be up there at about 4:30 or 5 depending on traffic.

 

If I did ask I would of gotten in trouble with my boss.

It was just an unbelievable honor to be in their service.

 

Chris, that's such an awesome thing!! I love Eddie, and I wish I could meet him! Let's hope he wants some new kicks.

AMAZING.

Eddie is a god, no doubt. Seeing them all on stage together was just one of the things I thought I'd never see again. I'm glad I got the chance to. THANKS MIKE!!!!

 

Yeah it was really something to see. They were so great.

The only negative of course was Sammy and Eddie donning Devils jerseys during the encores. GAH!!!
