I hope everyone's staying warm and safe these days! It's craziness out there! So let's talk about it!

    - West Seattle is BAD. The road up from work, SW Barton, was a ice rink. But Metro was clever: they created a lovely ballet involving several UNCHAINED Metro buses. Beautiful, their angles were...

    - I now have my wall in my room back, but my house is still very cold. Under 60 in most rooms. I am not amused.

    - At work, there are almost not customers. Those that show up are either COMPLETE idiots (Oh I know how to drive in ice! I r smrt!) or look like they have no idea that it IS icy, or that they are even in Seattle. Amazing.

    Describe you SnowIceColdSuperBlast 2008 stories!

Not much here. The only thing amusing was my cat Xundesa's first time in the snow... she hopped out..stood there with one back leg up and looking at me like "what the heck?" and a few moments later she cautiously walked off. Other than that the roads are not that horrible around here, but the bus's were more "empty" than usual..hehe

    SHARE!!

No spring, but MORE SNOW TOMORROW! YAY! I luckily don't have to work, but I DO have to go to the doctor to get meds for this coughing/bronchitis/possibly worse crap I'm NOT getting over! I want my voice back! If it snows early, though, my doctor will abandon her office and I'll still be sick. Boo. COUGH = DO NOT WANT.

Ok, so today is INSANE. I woke up after 7 to let the cat out (he has a routine I can not break!). No snow.

    I get up at 9:30: 3"!

    AWESOME!

BTW, I was wrong earlier. I remember thinking "3 hours of sleep..." so I let my cat out JUST before it started snowing. Now it's nearly white out conditions around here. I want to go walk in it! :D

We are at almost 7 inches. And still falling. [face_plain]

Positive note--I got off work 3 hours early. :D

YAY! Glad you made it home safe! I didn't have to work today, luckily. B&N closed early though, at 4. I've been watching stupidity on the news all day. Love it!

We have 3 feet in Coeur d'Alene. We woke up at 7:30am to get my husband to work on time, and the snow plow for our apartment complex had not shown up yet(didn't arrive until 2pm). So I spend most of my morning helping my neighbors either push their cars back into their parking spaces because they were high-centered after backing up 3 feet, or pushing cars back out onto the street because they got stuck trying to get into the complex. I then had to walk to work(45minutes) in knee high snow because I was the only employee who was close enough to actually make it in. We later closed and I walked back. Oh, and yesterday they closed I-90 because 5 semis jack-knifed. This makes me want to move back to Oklahoma...

Awww! Stay safe, people are crazy out there! I'm the first person they'll call in early tomorrow since I'm so close to work (15 minutes, but still cold...).

I'm so glad real winter is back! [face_dancing]

I fell. I twisted my knee. It hurts with words I can't use. I'm still sick.

    I'M DONE.
