What happens to Obi-Wan?

I think he goes with Yoda somewhere and they start a Jedi school. Maybe Obi Wan goes out and finds future Jedi kids and brings them back to train and stuff.

 

He watches over Luke. Duh. He said so. Also, doesn't he need to hide?

It's Star Wars, Blood_of_Yoda, he can watch over him with space communications. It's the next best thing to being there.

 

I think Obi-Wan will hook up with some young chick. He seems like the type to go after younger women.

 

What's he gonna do, have a "really inconspicious" camera droid following him around??

 

He could have already placed cameras in Owen and Beru's home. Maybe had someone do it for him!

 

Obi-Wan becomes a creepy old man observing every step of a family?

I think that he will become a Bartender in Mos Espa.

 

I think we're gonna see some serious action when Clonetroopers come looking for Luke.

Perhaps a rematch between him and Vader in the dessert of Tatooine.

Hm... a Jedi academy that trains the generals for the future Rebellion if there is to be one... pretty cool idea.

 

We'll probably see him communicating a lot with Qui-Gon.

 

I'll bet he and Luke team up for some serious podracing action.
