That's interesting, especially since he was ultimately responsible for the creation of Star Wars. Why do you say that?

 

Perhaps because Lucas has very much lost his touch. Though he's been improving, his thirty-year hiatus from directing had a significant negative effect on his movie-making ability.

I don't remember what my original response to this question was; it was probably 'no'. However, at this point, I can't say I would mind. If he made another mediocre film, I would probably just ignore it. Actually, now that I think about it, he already has made a new mediocre Star Wars film, and I ignored it entirely. It doesn't matter to me if he makes another film. If it's good, I'll see it.

 

Yes, with EU characters, but not necessarily based on the EU storyline - that would just make it too predictable, I think.

I would love to see another film based in the EU.

 

I would say other, it would be hard getting the old band of characters together. I would also like them to remain golden with what they have done in the old movies. I would be afraid if they did do EU it would not be so great and be disappointing.

It would be great for them to make other movies, but maybe another time frame. I think Legacy of the Force comic series with Cade Skywalker would be interesting for a movie.

 

I don't mind, but if they do, I wouldn't want it to be close to the saga again. It would need to be in the far future or in the ancient past. It should also, NOT be animated. Clone Wars was the worst thing George Lucas ever did, IMO.
