Kexx, then packing up his own things into the cargo bay of the fighter, which, amazingly, the Hangar crew had already gotten to, climbed into the pilot's seat, and flipped a few switches, the Fighter's Ion Engines coming to life with a sharp humming noise.

"Alright, Dil," said Kexx, buckling his seat's harness, "Buckle up, I like to fly fast..."

Just then, Kexx grabbed a hold of the control yoke on the fighter with two hands, pushing a button on the top of it to activate the repulsorlifts, and then pushed the throttle that was also integrated into the control yoke forward, and the ship quickly made it out of the hangar, shortly afterwards a sonic boom was heard as they broke the sound barrier. Shortly after that, the ship rattled slightly as they broke free of the atmosphere, into Corellian Space.

Still moving, the Colcha's Legacy was within optimum standoff range of the Bothan Fleet. However, it was outnumbered, even with his escorts of 4 Jotun-class Missile Corvettes and 4 Oden-class Heavy Corvettes, so they had to keep moving while the rest of the fleet moved in, attacking with hit and run tactics.

"Sir," said a sensors officer, "Sensors have lost sight of the Ivory Dagger. It's stopped transmitting, close to Dragon Head Mountain."

Leonias was overcome with anger and grief, thinking Vincent to be dead. Now, these fools were going to pay.

"Unload a brace of missiles at the nearest enemy ship!" yelled Leonias angrily, "NOW!"

Taking a brief respite amongst the chaos, even while several neutron cannon shots from orbital defense finished his work on the ship he unloaded the missiles at, as well as one more, Leonias then issued another order, slowly regaining his composure.

"Also, send a MAAT with a complement of 30 troops down to the surface where he last broadcasted to investigate," he said, "I want to know how and why this happened."

    Artus Mikaru

Artus placed a white gloved hand palm up to his face and sighed. ?Those are your flaws Jedi. Your too self righteous to even consider a point of view that isn't yours, and your solution to everything is to fight it.? With another heavy sigh the Echani began removing his gloves, and tie. ?I will fight you, and I will win. A life time of training will aid in this. But I want you to think about something.? With his gloves and tie sat on the desk Artus began to remove his suit jacket folding it and sitting it on his desk.

?If we were truly trying to cause issues here.? The Echani walked over to a wall filled with weapons, lifting a singular sword from the center of the collection. It had a mahogany lacquered hilt and scabbard and the blade had a slight curve to it if the scabbard was to be taken into consideration. ?Wouldn't you expect several FEA Bellator-class Star Battlecruisers in orbit about now? Claiming the world in the name of Eshan, or something dramatic that your imagination could come up with??

The Sovereign moved back to the center of the room, ?Tower A.I. Sovereign's office. Descend into arena.? The floor of the office, akin to how the center podium of the senate in years past raised and lowered into the office of the Chancellor, began a decent to the floor below. ?We have a dueling arena here, to sharpen our skills to get to know one another more. You will find it more suitable then an office.?

It took only a few minutes for the office to move into what appeared to be an observation deck of a small combat arena. The door to the office lead into a sitting area, which in turn had access to the arena. Without saying anything to the Jedi Artus moved through the sitting area and to the center of the dueling area. ?A grand arena Jedi, to glorify your combative ways. Here, the eyes of the Mikaru, Eda, Tashiro, and Kawa families will witness that over the thousands of years this family has interacted with the Jedi order, you have not changed. That you are still self-righteous religious fanatics who attack that which you don't understand, rather than embracing it.?

Artus pulled his blade from his scabbard, the ivory steel shining in the white light of the arena. The hilt in his right hand he stared at the Jedi. ?Nearly four thousand years ago, A jedi, your Revan, challenged and killed the leader of our people, Yusanis. so that we would do what he wanted, according to his plan, what he thought was better. And here, now, four thousand years later. Nothing has changed.?

    Norn Dukai

Norn was, shocked when he saw his Emperor, he'd assumed when he felt all the deaths of other knights, the worst, but here he was before him. Collecting himself Norn bowed to his Emperor, then stood and gave a report. ?My Lord.? He motioned towards the one he now knew as River, ?This is, River. For all intents and purposes now she is the Leader of the well as you referred to them ?Artificial Force Users?.

?These people, were forced into this situation.? he placed a hand lightly on River's shoulder, ?They need our help sir. We can help them, either embrace their new powers, what they are now, or help them return to their past lives. These people are innocents simply placed in a situation beyond their control. We can help them, they can help us.?

There was, admittedly now, a bond between him and River now, the mental connection had that effect. He wanted to see her safe, and the others. He didn't know if this bond would last a long time or a short time, he just knew he'd have to live with it. Not that he minded it felt, comforting, the sensation was new, but nothing about it felt wrong, he was beginning to embrace it in fact.

He nodded to his fellow knight but at the moment he couldn't think of any other way to greet the man. ?There are I believe a few mercenaries alive on the ship but they seem more than afraid of me. Killing probably more than 200 sentients in less than thirty minutes will likely have an effect on the hired help.? His mind returned to the memory of the searing pain of lo

    IC: Darth Insipid
    Temple of Twilight, Sekot

There was an explosion above, and Darth Insipid looked up, mildly amused at the blast of energy which consumed his freighter and nicked Vincent?s starfighter. As Insipid watched, atop his Bomber, the fighter split, and a module hurtled towards his location. Well, that was quite rude.

The Sith Lord focused his attention upwards, and reached for the module. He didn?t have the ability ? not even with a million years ? to stop it in its tracks, but he certainly had the ability to press down hard on the debris on one side and imbalance its trajectory. And thus, with a rather heavy handed telekinetic exertion, the angle changed ever so slightly ? and the debris slammed into the ground a meter away from Insipid and his bomber.

There was a little wave of compressed air, and the ground spewed up, buffeting his cloak, but it wasn?t much else. It, nonetheless, was a quite vicious act. Insipid reopened his eyes as Vincent spoke. ?Insipid my old friend. Is this how you thank people for welcoming you into their home? You should be ashamed.?

Darth Insipid snorted, but did idly sense that Vincent had the lightsaber blade that his grandmother had created for him. It was an unhappy realisation. Death echoed in the Force, and Darth Insipid reached forward, detecting the monolith that was probably Greyst, as well as little fires that seemed to be a team of Templars and, further behind them, the shining beacon that was most certainly their grandmaster ? or Kage, he recalled.

Insipid held his remote and lightwhip ready. ?Vincent! You made it to the party!?

The Sith Lord?s senses were reduced by the incredible presence of Sekot, but he imagined the Bothan Fleet was pressing through the flimsy defences of the forty pickets and would reach firing range shortly. Then things would really become a mess. At which point Insipid would get to speak to the Kage.

With a grin, the Sith bowed his head. ?I?m not here to fight, little man. Everything I?ve done was for a reason. A reason that I know you are too short-sighted to understand. Now your Kage? he would understand what I have done. He wouldn?t like it, but he?ll accept it.?

Reaching into the Force, Darth Insipid projected himself; to Vincent it would feel like someone had just kicked his feet from under him, and, almost simultaneously, Darth Insipid clicked a button on his remote. ?So get out of my way!?

The Blur?s forward weapons opened fire, the blue lasers streaking out from the space between the two cockpits and stitching the location where Vincent stood. Or had stood, knowing Vincent. Insipid pulled the Force around him and dropped down to one knee, a defensive barrier focused atop his TIE Bomber. He moved his finger to the second button, and looked at the Temple.

?Come on already! I can sense you all! Do your worst!?

    ---

The Bothan Fleet was down to nearly half its strength, and the picket line was rapidly becoming debris. Elements within the Fleet had been seized by Templars, and the Bothan formation had been disrupted, the line of dead husks and clouds of debris that ran behind the advancing fleet dotted with cruisers locked in combat with each other and the Templar task force commanded by Kev Mas Colcha which was dashing into and out of the Bothan forces ? inflicting grave damage with each pass. Gravity mines still floated lazily around the tail end of the trail, the darkened cruiser named the Vengeance having fell out of the influence of the gravity mines by the influence of the systems gravity wells.

Dark Wolves Squadron was so shot up it had formed into a single flight, and there was still another squadron of Bothan fighters left to engage. They were outnumbered, and it was taking a toll on them ? all of the fighters of the squad were damaged in some way ? and now their commander was down, possibly dead, fighting a Dark Lord of the Sith he should have never engaged in the first place. And then, the

    Twilight Temple

"Our worst?" a gentle voice said through the force to Insipid as hundreds of large, thick vines simultaneously shot up from the ground and wrapped themselves around Insipid's fighter, seemingly purposely avoiding the body of Insipid himself, or perhaps his force barrier was just repelling them. "You have no idea for what you ask." The voice was Dade's, although he assumed that Insipid would most likely not know that. Most likely the sith lord would assume as much, but Dade doubted he would know. Dade's voice wasn't exactly known outside of the Templars of the Remsi holonet.

As the vines wrapped themselves around the ship, they started to tighten dramatically, and the ship lurched, its metal slowly bending and cracking. It was painfully obvious what the vines were doing: they were tearing Insipid's fighter apart. "You have no idea, not even a small inkling of the repurcussions of your actions. You think you know, you fancy yourself a new palpatine always remarking that you have planned for decades. But you fail to realize the absolute mammoth proportions of what you have tried to create here today. I have had centuries to train my skills. Centuries to learn to be patient, to learn when to act and when to sit back and simply watch the show. You can't even begin to comprehend my power."

The voice then vanished from the Force and from Insipid's mind. The a figure dressed in silver and dark blue robes appeared at the entrance of the Temple, looking more like he welcoming a friend than readying himself for battle. Then his robes gently fell to the ground, revealing his black clothes beneath them, his silver lightsaber hilt hooked neatly upon his belt. Dade Leviathan had appeared, a burning cigara between his lips. He then raised his left hand, but nothing happened, not yet. "You have failed to realize one simple thing," Dade said as he took a drag upon the cigara and lifted it from his mouth with his other hand, "You have failed to research. Failed to understand. You have failed to realize that I am not only a master of a the force, but a master of altering the environment with it. And you have failed to realize that you just landed on an entire sentient and force sensitive planet that is allied with me." He then closed his left hand, which seemed more in a signal than a use of force power, and the vines closed hard and pulled upon Insipid's fighter, ripping it to shreds in mere seconds. Metal flew in all directions, and was likely to send Insipid sprawling if he didn't move out of the way quickly enough.

"I would give you time to reconsider," Dade said, "If I thought you were smart enough to do so." He then let the cigara fall to the ground and snuffed it out with one of his boots. "But you are not." He then threw both hands out in front of him, but instead of pushing Insipid with the force, like it might look like he was doing, the entire ground before Dade erupted, sending itself in a wave towards Insipid. This was not a force push. This was the force power of Alter Environment at its utter apex. Insipid had failed to realize that he would not only be battling Dade and any other Templars who cared to defend against him. He would also be battling an entire planet itself.

Insipid had stood outside of the Temple and talked to nobody. Absolutely nobody. As soon as the three Assault Cruisers moved in, the Escort for the Colcha's Legacy swung into action. The four Jotun-class Missile Corvettes went in close range, and fired a barrage of warheads and Rail Cannon ammunition at the Assault Cruisers, while the four Oden-class Heavy Corvettes fired a barrage of Turbolaser and Laser fire at them. However, this didn't seem to slow them down much, as they still managed to lock onto the Colcha's Legacy with their tractor beams.

"Sir!" replied a sensors officer on the bridge, "Three Bothan Assault Cruisers have locked onto us with Tractor Beams!"

"I figured they'd be stupid enough to do such a suicidal move," scoffed Leonias, "Fire a NOVA Missile into the tractor beam belonging to the one furthest away, set to detonate as soon as it pulls it in to point blank range. This should disable the cruisers. After that, full speed ahead, in order to avoid the missile's EMP, while launching more NOVA missiles at them for the kill."

After that, the small black Star Destroyer fired one 2 meter long thermonuclear missile at the Bothan Assault Cruiser furthest away from it, which would more than likely cause an EMP blast that would disable all three pursuing Assault Cruisers, as well as the Colcha's Legacy, had it stayed put. But no, the Colcha's Legacy high tailed it out of there, at full sublight speed, while firing 3 more NOVA missiles intended to finish them off, and its escort moved away too, having heard Leonias' orders on Remsian TACCOM.

Just before she left for her ship, Darth Avarice asked her a good question. Normally she would have gotten upset and killed anyone else. However, this was different, and both needed to know where each stood.

?Tell me, precisely how good are you at infiltration missions and other, activities? You came highly recommended by my master. But I am... curious as to the full extent of your, abilities.?

Dark Sun turned and smiled a tight lip one, "Are you questioning my abilities for this job?" She waited for his reation if any, and this time a full smile was there. "Ok, that is an understandable question I guess. I prefer to use a sniper rifle the most. No, do not think that I do not like close up and hands on work. I am a Marauder by title, an assassin by creed, or until someone pisses me off, and out right killing is my fun. However, I have only done a few missions over the years, and all have been done with out fail and non connected to me or the Sith."

Dark Sun conforming uniform felt good and relaxing, she felt at home in it, but she needed to continue. "I was the one who took out the Jedi Temple, but nothing of it connected to me, and those who I used are dead to the one. My silent skills are good, to get close and do the job. Do not dought my skills in this, for I will be only a spider on the wall with a stinger deadlier than anything you may know." Her eyes were cool as the cold, but they burned with the mission in mind. "You just tell me where and when, and they will be dead before they realize who they see is their dead grandparents." Her voice had grown cold and cruel.

"I don't want to fight you, Dade -"

Well, that was less predictable than I would have liked.

Darth Insipid watched as crawlers emerged from the ground to ensnare his Blur. The Sith Lord paid them no heed, even as the rear cannon on the Blur began - at the tap of a button - to fire on Vincent. Dade was the one that Insipid really wanted, after all. And so Insipid leaped up, activating the third button on his remote, with some satisfaction. The anti-personnel field activated, pouring the equivalent power to stun a Bantha into the plant-like tentacles, and funneling enough power from its souped up reactor - stealth fields required astonishing amounts of power - to char several limbs of the planet.

Insipid flicked the second button, landing a moment after the cannon fire stopped automatically tracking Vincent. Turning to Vincent, the Sith Lord nonchalantly gestured, and the Holocron was threw at Vincent - and then abruptly shattered. From within it came a wave of concussive force, the wave focusing out in Vincent's direction like the shaped charge it was. Hopefully, that would slow him down. From his psychometric studies, Insipid knew that Dade would require all his attention.

Withdrawing behind the veil of invisibility that the teachings of the Dark Nest allowed him to, Insipid quickly darted around his ship as he felt a world at his feet tremble. In the Force, the Sith recognised the act as Alter Environment at the level of pure mastery - the Sith had a very limited knowledge of the ability from his few days with the Nightsisters. The Blur, struggling to survive against the planets lashings, nonetheless took a great deal of the blow, and promptly upon the tapping of the last button on his remote - as Insipid had planned, though not under these approximate circumstances at all, he had to admit - to explode, igniting and sending out a shockwave.

Insipid, anticipating this explosion, tucked his body and cloak around himself, using the Force to cushion the blow, managed to keep himself within the meditations of Gorog, or as best he could, and opened his eyes to see the area surrounded by flame and debris, lying on his stomach, the remote and lightwhip missing. In the smoke and flames, the Sith could not see his opponents, nor the state of the courtyard - though he could imagine that neither of them would be best pleased if he'd dented their precious temple.

The Sith Lord stood, hesitantly, discarding his smouldering cloak and withdrawing a lightsaber from his sleeve. The tri-phase weapon was not his favourite weapon, but it would suffice for now. "Are you ready to talk, Kage? I don't want to fight you if I need not..."

To be safe, of course, Insipid applied the Force to scatter the sound of his speaking, so that Dade could not find him that way. Idly, Insipid let what little of his mind was free wander - using the Force to press his mind into the mental haze that was Sekot. And found something which surprised him.

    Orbit

The Vengeance flashed out of existence approximately three seconds after decanting from hyperspace above Remsi Prime. In those three seconds, the largest of the cannons were all disabled to some degree, and three fiery pillars of destruction were chewing through the surface of the planet. It was a punitive strike, but without the bigger cannons harassing them from afar the Bothan Fleet could focus its efforts on Zonama Sekot.

Hundreds of cannons opened fire from the surface of the planet, pouring power into the forward elements of the Bothan Fleet. The devastation was incredible; four cruisers were hulled almost immediately, and flashed into nothing. But those were the damaged vessels, those which had engaged the forty pickets that had fought valiantly to the last ship. The Bothan forces that were hit afterwards were fresh, and thus when they took the same beating, they began to list, badly. But that was the plan - the Remsi forces were content to simply stall the enemy advance, an

He saw your predecessors give him his title back. He saw them give him the Cross of Glory. We still carry records of that. Revan, savior of the galaxy, the Knight Errant returned from the dark. You played us a Puppet then but no more, never again will the Echani play the tool for the Jedi agenda!?

?You used jedi as Sith in the past, you may as well do it again, Darth Mikaru may very well be your creation to justify claiming this organization and its facilities for your owe purpose but I assure you we will not let that happen!? Several doors along the arena walls opened and several Echani male and female clad in light body armor carrying square shaped rifles emerged their barrels trained on the Jedi. ?Tower A.I. Authorization Code Artus Zeta Zeta Green Blue One. Complete Tower Lockdown!?

Outside, the towers walls shifted as more defenses moved into place. The translucent silver film of a defense shield crept its way up the sides of the tower in a matter of seconds. Two large side doors opened with two large bipedal droids, the towers only two heavy droids, emerged their massive arm mounted cannons cycling over to heavy stun as they trained at the nearest GFFA target. Deep below the tower in a large hangar pilots who would normally test fighters prepared Star Hawk-class interceptors for a battle they hoped wouldn't come.

Artus glared at the Jedi, ?You are now in the custody of the Free Echani Alliance for an illegal blockade and actions taken against the Echani People.? Artus pulled a commlink out of his pocket and held it up to his mouth and spoke, his voice broadcasted around the tower, outside, and through the comm channels of the ships in orbit. ?This tower, and all personnel, ships and equipment associated with are Sovereign Echani Property. They have and will be protected by the full force of the Free Echani Alliance and the Galactic Merchants Union. Any farther aggressive actions taken against this tower, her ships in orbit, or her personnel will be dealt with in kind. There will be no farther warnings.?

Artus turned off the commlink and put it back in his pants pocket. ?Your lightsaber, hand it over.? His voice was serious, strong. It showed none of the fear he held. The Echani were out numbered and likely out gunned. But it certainly seemed like they were being played into the Jedi and GFFA's plans. And for this they would fight regardless of the odds.

    Command Bridge, Pride of Mustafar

The Mustafarians weren't stupid. No, they were anticipating this move by the Galactic Alliance. So much so, that as soon as they had completed their transmissions over the Holonet with support of the Mikarus, they disappeared. Literally. They had activated the cloaking devices onboard all the ships orbiting the planet that were over 1 kilometer long. These ships, were left over ships from the Yuuzhan Vong War, and were thus equipped with cloaks using what little Stygium Mustafar possessed, in order to perform hit and run strikes, and were re-purposed for this event. After they activated these cloaking devices, they waited patiently for their time to strike. Much like the reptillian creature that inhabited Mustafar, called the Blistmok. Which is why this operation was aptly named, "Operation Blistmok Strike".

However, there were more ships at Mustafar than just those that were cloaked. This wasn't a planetary defense fleet worth mocking with a blockade. No, this fleet was good enough to actually destroy a good portion of the blockade, with the uncloaked ships alone. The contents of this fleet included fourty-five Foreman-class Star Destroyers, six Manticore-class Star Destroyers, fifty Xandank-class Frigates, one hundred Dellso-class Corvettes, as well as six squadrons of TIE/hd advanced automated starfighters, not including those attached to the Foreman, Manticore and Xandank-class ships.

However, as soon as the Blockade arrived, they decided to try their best tactic for system defense yet. Coming out of their cloaks, was one Sher Kar-class Star Dreadnought, the Pride of Mustafar, two Bellator-class Star Battlecruisers, two Viceroy-class Star Destroyers and two Allegiance-class Star Destroyers.

Reaching out a narrow, northern Mustafarian finger to open a channel to the Admiral in charge of the Blockade, Foreman Dushal spoke, "How dare you come here and threaten us with a blockade! You are no better than the Sith you accuse our allies of being! Leave now or face certain destruction."

After that, Gizor sighed, thinking to himself, "They certainly have degenerated quite a bit from the noble New Republic we once aligned ourselves with, some ninety-six years ago..."

"The Bothans never worried me," Dade said as he stowed his lightsaber and waved his hand. A hard but not very strong breeze blew the smoke out of the way as vines curled up, the moss that covered them slowly putting out of the fire, causing the licking flames to slowly sputter and begin to die. "As many have before, you have once again bit off more than you chew. I'm not surprised. Powerful Insipid, as you fancy yourself. I imagine you fancy yourself the new Sidious. Able to see into the future. Might I remind you that said Sith Lord got thrown down a shaft to his death and then met his second demise a few years later at the hands of a baby?"

"Now," he said in his usual soft, calm but calculating voice as he waved his hands, causing more vines from the table to wrap them selves around in a sort of stool behind him that he took a seat upon. "What is it you wish to talk to me about? Honestly, if you wanted to talk there was no need to bring an invasion fleet. You could have simply just requested an audience. Unless you had a desire to lead an army of Bothans to their death. A silly effort on your part, I must say, if that's the case."

It might have looked like Dade was letting his guard down. Indeed, he did let his own guard down. But Sekot never stopped watched. While Dade remained connected to the sentient of Sekot, he was an omnipotent as the planet was. Thus was the reason why the Templars had never been conquered upon Sekot.

Honestly, if you wanted to talk there was no need to bring an invasion fleet. You could have simply just requested an audience. Unless you had a desire to lead an army of Bothans to their death. A silly effort on your part, I must say, if that's the case."

"I certainly could have done. But there were no guarantees that you would take me seriously - even after what happened between myself and Vincent." Darth Insipid gestured at the unconscious man, and his smile widened, and he nodded. "And if I had intended to get a lot of Bothans killed, then what? What if I had, in-fact lured these Bothans into your nest, cut them off from their government, and made sure that your secret domain was still just that?"

"What would that tell you about me?

The Sith knew that response wasn't particularly helpful, but it was also a test of the man that Vincent respected so. That ones memories of this man were many, and often in some kind of aggressive awe. It was a strange combination - a side-effect of Vincents sharp persona, perhaps? Insipid did not dwell on it, leaving himself as opaque as a crystal - intention would be deflected through him, and anything of import was concealed behind truth and the teachings of the ancient Gorog.

"I would say that you were a troubled individual who somehow thought that killing a few thousand people was the way to endear himself to his peers," Dade said simply at the question. "Plus there would be the issue of you leading them here in the first place. If you were trying to impress us, doing something that is totally against our beliefs was a very poor way to accomplish that."

"And then," Dade said, leaning back in his makeshift chair as the vines twisted around to create a comfortable back, "There is the matter of you knowing where we are. I am not naive like the rest of the galaxy, Aden," he said with a raised eyebrow. "Yes, I know who you truly are. I know more than you would probably like me to know. I wonder, how would Hett, or Krayt as he calls himself now, like the fact that you assaulted the one order who would have a chance of destroying his 'One Sith.'"

Dade smiled. It would be assumed that if Insipid had truly done his research he would know that the Templars had one of the best intelligence offices in the galaxy, rivaling even the intelligence offices of the late Galactic Empire. Not to mention that he would have found out that Dade, given his connection to the force, could find out almost anything given the time and effort. Dade had not been the leader of the templar for a total of a few centuries for nothing. And he certainly wasn't considered one of the most powerful (The most powerful in his own opinion) force user in the galaxy for nothing either.

"But let us talk candidly," effectively moving away from the subject of Insipid's true name and the secret of the One Sith. "We both know you did not travel all this way to make small talk and ask me about my opinion of your psychological condition. So, why are you really here? To gain information? To find weaknesses? I doubt it is because you want to train. We wouldn't accept you, anyhow."
