That is long, LONG overdue. I loved that series. They could really kick it up a notch or two. Of course NOW they have loads of new material to add in. Hope to see more on that.

Just wishing to hear more on CV. They like long waits. But on an upnote I did get my tractor running again yesterday. Bad coil :/

Been debating between cattle and goats... cattle are much easier, but goats do offer a niche market, though the last time we had goats they were a nightmare.

I have been aimlessly wandering the inter-net lately,

    and

Hopefully this link will last a little while.

If not try a youtube search for ..."quest for r2-d2"

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZISN7qbfzGE

seems that as soon as youtube pulls it, someone posts it again.....good luck!

OK, I should have posted this here earlier, but,
it was in wandering these very Fan Force boards that I discovered,

the news about a John Williams concert in Cincy, OH.

    http://boards.theforce.net/greater_cincinnati_tristate_region/b10153/30268921/p1/?8

and started making plans to attend.

    and so,

I am on the road, or basically away from home.

Last night in Bloomington, IN. (just a very quick rest stop before moving on)

    and today in Cincinatti, OH.

Took a few pictures already on where the concert will be. If I have more energy,
    and
the pictures do not look too bad, I will try to post them later.....

OK, just photos of the outside of the concert hall,
    as

it is the day before and I am just checking out where to go, and where not to...

(security informed me not the safest of areas)

Those who know my little red car will see it in one of the shots.

Also, you may notice that the concerts halls electronic sign is either not working of off,

Also, this location is kinda downtown Cincinatti, and it is 4.30 pm on a Wednessday,

and at the height of rush hour (even alleys in Chicago are busy), one of their main streets
    seems almost deserted.

makes me wonder about the economey in the area......

ok, hopefully more soon.......tho tomorrow night is the concert, so I will try for the next day.

OK, here is a quick and easy follow-up to my visit to
The Cincinnati Pops / John Williams Concert,
where the beloved conductor of over 30 years, Erich Kunzel,
    died a week before hand.

It is on the Ohio Garrison boards,
    and
at this time, you should not need a sign-in to just wander over and read.

The entire thread (which I started) is kinda a report on my trip/visit.

Yes, many photo-s to kinda help you visualize things (or not too wordy)

    just click here,

    http://www.ohio501st.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=7811

While I did not get a chance to actually troop, I still had a very fun time,

    which included meeting,

    The Exalted_1
    from these very boards
who, made me aware of the concert in the first place,

a link to that thread, and my photo thank you to him can be found there.

Hope someone checks this out and has fun.
