    Greetings Guys,

    Well... I've got the cosutmes.... It would be interesting.... :eek:

    Maybe you could get the manager of the McDonalds in on it and make it into a mini-fanfilm.

    Anyway,

    We ARE planning on going in costume to a local video store like Media Play on October 16 to celebrate the DVD release of The Phantom
    Menace.

    If anyone's interested in doing this, please let me know.

    Just to see the expression on their face.

    and the best part is, you don't need to keep a straight face when you're doing it! Youv'e got a mask! (I suck at keeping a straight face)

    Oh I'll definitely be there!! If I don't have a costume by then maybe I could use one of your's. I'm 6'4" though so I hope you have one to fit.

    It would be fun if we went marching through a mall somewhere too.

    One of the stores will likely turn it into a media event anyway, throwing a big party to attract as many customers as possible. Crashing it in costume would only work to their benefit and be pretty fun while we're at it, especially if it's more organized than just a bunch of guys in costume.

    Vader, marching at the head of a small formation: 2 imperial guard, 6 storm troopers, a bounty hunter or two scanning the crowd as the rear-guard as they march up to the counter to claim their copies... And of course, one plant in the crowd with a boom box queued to the imperial march.
