    This is my Piett/Retaliate deck. It has been doing very well so far, but I am always up to improvements. Anyone have any thoughts whatsoever? They're all welcome!

    Anyway, here's the deck:

    ASTEROID FIELD AMBUSH - Dark Side

    16 Character:

    3 Darth Vader {K}
    2 Darth Vader {R}
    1 Darth Vader {S}
    2 Darth Sidious {E}
    1 Boba Fett {H}
    2 Elite Guardian
    4 Admiral Firmus Piett {C}
    1 Mas Amedda {A}

    12 Ground:

    3 Patrol Mode Vulture Droid
    4 Jabba's Guards
    2 Commerce Guild Droid 81-X
    3 Jawa Sandcrawler

    18 Space:

    4 Marauder-Class Corvette
    3 Yinchorri Fighter
    3 Droid Missiles
    1 Sith Infiltrator {A}
    1 Big Asteroid
    4 Medium Asteroid
    2 Small Asteroid

    6 Battle:

    3 Dismiss
    2 Jedi Master's Deflection
    1 Spinning Slash

    4 Mission:

    4 Jedi Master's Meditation

    2 Location:

    2 Utapau System

    3 Equipment:

    3 Sith Lightsaber

    STRATEGY:

    Vader provides tank unit for Character, with Sidious and Elite Guardians as back up. The 4 Pietts are to ensure I get one. Mas Amedda is excellent.

    Ground is not really meant to be taken, but that array lets me jump in from time to time. Jawas draw cards.

    Space is obvious. You attack, Corvettes + Yinchorris retaliate, and your attack goes on an asteroid. The Droid Missiles become even more deadly when they can't be attacked. The Infiltrator provides another Dark Jedi for Piett's retreat ability.

    As for utility: Dismiss is incredibly versatile, Master's Deflection helps keep Vader {R} alive (and kills enemy units) and Spinning Slash on any Jedi with a Sith Lightsaber or 2 kills. Master's Meditation gains mucho Force for Vader {K}/{S}. Utapau system is there more to only get rid of Asteroid Field, which has become very popular where I play (it kicks butt, too, don't diss it!), and Sith Lightsaber needs no explanation.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

    Having run the Piett/Asteroids tactic myself for some time, I know one thing that hurts it is LS Space units with Shields. There's a considerable investment in build for the Space setup alone, especially with the Marauders being build point heavy, too. Personally, I suggest swapping a Marauder for another Yinchorri, just to bring down the build cost.

    In one particular playtesting scenario, I watched as Luke's X-wing (C), not (B), weathered 4 turns against the tactic, including two turns against an Endor Imperial Fleet. X-wing Escorts tend to have a heyday against them, too. Then there's Overkill units, such as Jedi Starfighter Squadron.

    I like what you've done with the Character arena, but I'd still be concerned about Piett. The LS has fun things, such as Homing Missile, to take him out. Also, I'm skeptical about how you guarantee to pull Piett just by having 4 of him in the deck. Some card cycling will up that guarantee.
