FF:WA Aussie Fans: Vote for Star Wars

I don't know if any of you guys are aware but in a months time the ABC will be doing a TV show called "My Favourite Film". They did a similar thing last year about favourite books. Anyway, It'd be great to see Star Wars topping the list so if you want to vote go to

Now I know most of us prefer Empire but I suggest we all vote Star Wars, this way it is representational of the saga as a whole and we won't be working against each other. Let the voting begin

I don't get you . . . sure if Star Wars is something you like but it's far from your favourite movie that's great! But what is it that compels you to actually take the time to post a reply saying it's "certainly NOT (your) favourite film!". If you don't want to vote for it, don't vote for it! If you don't want to vote full stop, don't vote! If you've got another favourite film . . . by all means vote for that! I was just making people aware is all!

Just remember, some of us here do regard Star Wars quite highly!

 

One thing you will learn quickly, Dean, is that some long time users here just post to increse their post count but try not to take offense to it all.

For me, I'd love to vote for SW, but honestly there are so many other movies that have caught my imagination over the years. 2001, The Truman Show, Braveheart, Lord of the Rings .... the list can go on and on.
