Holy ****. Only 300 pieces? How on earth are the other 49,700 people gonna get theirs?? LOL! That's really cutting it tight. At C4 the limits were much higher.

And that is a SWEET piece.

Are they stupid. 300 pieces. that the biggest load of crap for c5 I've heard. That take care of the first 10 minute. I might just stand in gentle giants line for 4 hours for nothing.

Taken from starwars.com another exclusive announced, a small one but an exclusive none the less:

To mark the 30th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back, Titan is releasing a special tribute issue of Star Wars Insider with an exclusive Han Solo in carbonite cover, available at this year's San Diego Comic-Con International and Star Wars Celebration V in Orlando, Florida, August 12 to 15.

This 100-page commemorative issue includes interviews with the cast and crew of The Empire Strikes Back, including: George Lucas, (story and executive producer), Irvin Kershner (Director), Harrison Ford (Han Solo), Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO), Kenny Baker (R2-D2), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca) and Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett).

The magazine also features interviews with the team behind Star Wars: The Clone Wars looking back on The Empire Strikes Back, 50 amazing facts about Empire, and an Empire merchandise guide. Plus, much more must-have material for all Star Wars fans.

A special Empire cover, which features Han Solo in carbonite, is available to purchase at the Titan booth at Comic-Con (stand #5537) and Celebration V (booth #521, part of the Gentle Giant booth).

Darth Vader (McQuarrie concept) ? Mini Bust
    Height: 6?
    Limited Edition of 2500
    $75

Following the 2009, sold out Boba Fett concept mini-bust is the new original concept art Darth Vader, based on the drawings of Ralph McQuarrie and Joe Johnston. McQuarrie is often credited with developing the look and feel of the Star Wars trilogy. McQuarrie and Johnston worked side by side to develop this version of the evil overlord. Though it is uniquely different than the final film version; the piece still holds true to the final feel of Vader?s timeless helmet and black armor.

This Darth Vader Mini-bust will be sold exclusively at the 2010 San Diego Comic Con. The piece features 3 different interchangeable heads and is a highly collectible limited edition.

Waiting to see what that 12inch looks like on card before I make a call on that one. Also according to the GG rep on rebelscum there will be NO MINI BUST FOR C5 but a few other goodies. Apparently they are going to reveal a ESB bust there that will come out later this year. Also there is rumor of another Vintage Kenner 12inch to be one of the exclusives, rumor has it that it maybe a Boba Fett.

GG Said an announcement may come sometime this week in regards to C5 so it should be very interesting.

Gus Lopez and his team have done it again, creating amazing, new give-aways for those attending the Celebration V Collecting Panels this August 12-15.

"We are thrilled to announce the exclusive giveaways," says Lopez. "In addition to listening to fascinating talks and panels by some of the leading experts on Star Wars collecting, attendees will receive collectible cereal boxes based on Star Wars character "cereal brands" highlighting each of the sixteen panel topics."

Chris Georgoulias led the effort working with collectors, sponsors, and artists, who contributed to the concepts, funding, and artwork of this completely fan-sponsored giveaway. There are sixteen cereal boxes to collect, one for each panel, and they are exclusive to Celebration V! The boxes will be handed out at a random times during each panel and will be absolutely free. Don't miss this opportunity for unique, completely original collectibles.

    All natural flavors:
    Jawa
    Ewok
    Rebel

    & other flavors

    Awesome...

Hmmm....I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed in the exclusives this time around. No GG stuff. No Sideshow. While the cereal boxes are creative, what's the point really? The 12 inch re-pack Kenner dolls - it's nice, but not exciting.

Other than the Han maquette, looks like I won't be spending much $$ this time around

Yes the exclusives are underwhelming this year from the major dealers but we still haven't had the official C5 merchandise revealed yet. So hopefully they come through with some great stuff becasue I agree with echo not too much grabbing me right now.

But I also think this is due to it taking so long to announce the show, that's the main reason Sideshow Collectibles is not attending this time. PLus look at C4 and most everything so announced months in advance but this time not so much.

Yeah here's hoping the store turns up some goodies for sure. Also if you haven't already ordered one of the exclusive t-shirts for C5 you have until JULY 25th. Shirts will be held for pick up at the event when you check in I believe.

With not so many exclusive like at C4 the dealers hall might be the way too go if your looking for anything new or old. Remember to make up a MOST WANTED LIST for when your walking the floor as it's always good to be prepaired.

The vintage 12inch maybe cool but need to see it in-person and I'd say the Maul Cyborg comic pack will surface at C5. Since most SDCC hasbro exclusives don't sell out anymore.
