Does anyone collect?

Did you see they have a build your own light saber kit out. It even has different color of cristals to use.

 

I haven't seen it in stores yet, but I've seen pictures. It looks neat, but I'd need for it to go on sale/clearance before I bought it.

 

If you don't mind me asking what kind of job do you do?

 

I edit/proofread manuscripts for an academic testing development company.

LOL. Have no fear, I am forgiving in casual environments such as message boards. It's when I read horrible errors in actual news reports that people get paid to write that I get frustrated.

I have a Super battle droid still in packaging. I'm looking for Han, Luke, Jabba, or the Falcon.

I also have an extra X-Wing and Jedi Starfighter. (both in packaging)

I completed my set of 31 toys on Saturday. I bought all of them without buying ANY kids' meals for about $1/each. I'm content with that.

 

For fathers day my daughter bought me the Atticus Jango Fett statue. Now I have the father son pair.

I'm a collector, mostly on recent items, some vintage. I'm a weekly regular at Ryan's Toys, and do like 90% of my buying through him because of the scalpers in town wrecking the chances of getting actual good items. Do any of you have other places in town to fill your needs?

 

I just noticed the HoloLeia from ComicCon pic you have. It have Guns? My ComicCon Leia I got at ComicCon doesn't have guns. Which is the variant (rare) version? Or is the Image just a mistake.

None of the actual Holo Leia figures had guns. They're only in the pictures.

 

yeah. they decided giving her guns would make it look tacky.

I thought it would be one hell of a cool variant, short run, just like the flame cut c-3 vader (yay i have one!).

But they still shoulda made the bottom of the bubble insert match up to the other OTC's. it looks kinda goofy w/ them
