I stopped in about 10 min after opening. I had them in my hand with the McTrooper on top. A HotWheels scumbag came into the ailse and saw me with the McTrooper and gave me a look like I just killed his dog or something. I haven't seen anything since, for it being after Christmas, nobody has stocked anything on the shelves and pegs except for the Indy Legos and the Force Unleashed Lego ship. I only need the Hawkbat trooper, the Holo-Vader, and R2-B1 to finish my carded set for the year.

Just as was celebrating finishing up the 60 figures for this year, there are now reports that '08 wave 1 has been found in Cali. No rest for the weary....

 

I found the Lt Jundland and Mouse in disguise Comic Packs at the East(dark)side Wal-Mart.


I still have not found Celchu, Clamshell Trooper, McSolo, Starkiller hero

 

A friend found the 2-1B wave at Walmart West last night.

 

So far of the 2008 wave 1 (8 figures) I have found Ani/Vader, Mustafar Panning droids, and Po Nudo (or Po Nany). I did see the new wave of comic packs, but alas no $$$ to get them.

 

I am so digging the comic packs, i saw a ton of them warming the pegs of my local Wally World. Granted, i didn't buy any-- but this is a big step for Hasbro, in terms of doing EU figs. I mean, how much letter writing did it take to get them to do a Thrawn back in the day? Now they got Newspaper Ink Green Tarkin's Bodyguard with Pliff the Hoojib. Well, actually they don't but you catch my sarcasm.

Dudes, I so want a Pliff the Hoojib now. Hoojibs rawked.

The Target computer coughs up another potential rumor: a Clone Wars Ultimate Battle Pack. The DPCI # is 087-06-2070 and the price is said to $59.99. No further information is available at this time, and since this most likely a Target exclusive, don't look for Hasbro to comment on it.

I wonder what this will be?

I have seen one and it was the one I bought. I had trade someone for a Gree. I need the wave 1 Obi and I have not even sniffed the remains of the FU wave yet.

 

May be old news but I picked up an Indiana Jones figure at Toys R Us today. Not much new in the Star Wars figure isle though.

 

Forgot to ask, Is anyone else collecting the 25th Anniversary G.I.Joe figures? I'm looking for Torpedo, Cobra officer, and Firefly.

The droid factory sets are hitting here in Cincinnati Wal-Marts. Nice sets for droid fans and the packaging is interesting.

Just a heads up...

 

Westside WM has tons of them and the eastside has nothing. Westside also has lots of the exclusive comic packs and the east has nada. I think that the west store gets the exclusive allotment for both stores, or the east toy person is stupid because I have not seen a WM exclusive at the east store in a long time.

 

The East Side got their Clone Wars figures in. Man I was soooo tempted to go there and sneak a case off and buy early.

I could have gotten away with it. Why? Cause I am that good!
