This is awesome, I would wear one!

The questions I have is, how do I make a badge? I really miss Kinko's....

 

At C4, we had several volunteers who printed up nametags for people without their own printer. Maybe we could do something similar this time.

 

Depends on how many are needed (cos ink ain't cheap for my printer) but I know someone who has
a) a printer
b) a nice little laminator.

Yep, that person is me. Had one for when I was RSA of FF-UK. I guess you could by me a J20 in exhange for one/two laminted cards lol.

If you don't have the materials, post below. I need to know asap (will be busy with many things this week and I leave weds next week for CE - so I'll work on em when I am near my comp). Redy, added you anyways.

I have an awesome printer, but why would anyone have a laminator, really?

 

I have a printer and laminator, so I could print&laminate some of the badges as well if that helps

 

We have a laminater as well, I could probably do a few as well.

 

I have a ***** printer that prints everything in purple with a black-in-white cartridge... yeah, I have no idea either.

Tim - I'm more than happy to pay for a badge and services rendered! Just tell me how much it gonna cost me!

But can I ask though that you put RedGold/JayCee as I'm also known as JayCee in a lot of places other than here? Thanks hun!

Can't you buy those little transparent wallets with clips attached?
Then you can just slot in the printed badge.

 

You can buy lil plastic self laminating sticky pocket thingys (for lack of a better name) in stationers, i bought a pack of 10 yesterday for about £5 after enquiring at a printers and being told they'd charge me about £5 for one printed and laminated badge :/ I'll bring my spares along with me to CE!

 

Heh, I have a laminator mainly because FF-UK were hosting tables at UK based conventions, and it seemed a good idea to have one readily available.

Yeah, my printer doesn't work either, so I probably either won't wear one, or just attach a sticker to myself that conveniently has my username on it.

 

I've done two more designs and I'm doing no more, unless I'm asked really really nicely and you buy me some Dr.Pepper
