    Kurt Vonnegut died last week from brain injuries after a fall. He was 84. He was also my favourite author. Those of you with a clue will know his most successful novel was 'Slaughterhouse 5'. Those of you wihtout a clue need to read more. My favourite Vonnegut novel is Cat's Cradle.

    I am very sad that he is dead, but I know from his writings that he was kinda over the whole show and happy to go.





    (as many of you are aware, I do not actually believe in the one true god - the title of this thread was inspired by 2 vonnegut works: god bless you, dr kevorkian and god bless you, mr rosewater; read them!)
