How about a new board

We have boards for costuming and collecting but what about star wars and indiana jones merchandise. I don't mean figures or models but what about clothing and jewelry. How many hats and shirts are out there. There is her universe which makes lots of shirts for women and then the other places for all other types of merchandise. What do you guys think?

 

Found me a nice pizza-greased Han Solo t-shirt in Collecting just the other day.

How about the board to help generate ad revenue. By having merchandise forum you can have those who make star wars and indiana jones merchandise advertise them by having new threads and sponsorship. Listen Merchandise doesn't really fit into collecting and it doesn't really fit into costuming. How many of us have sw shirts and hoodies. What if you wanted a certain item or saw a shirt at a con that you wanted. But you didn't know where it came from. Listen there is nothing wrong with having the board with the idea of ad revenue. It can help keep the lights on. For those opposed the question doesn't really come down to who wants what, its what makes money and what doesn't. This very well could. Plus let Philip Wise and the investors of the boards decide this not the users or mod squad. Let them decide whether or not it should work. Maybe you might have a lot of involvement and maybe not. You don't if you don't try. You could call it the Merchandise board.

 

Sounds an awful lot like Rebel Scum to me.

Edit: plus do we really want an ad board? Have you seen the tfn main page recently? It's just one big ad.
