I'd buy normal things that you could usually get for very cheap but because a certain someone touched it or made it or what have you they cost a great deal of money and then I would put those things up around the house and show them to people and laugh at what an outrageous amount of money I'd spent on them.

 

A movie theatre.

 

A member of Congress

 

A zoo (with plenty of room for all animals to roam), a park, a beach, a library/museum, a movie theater, ... basically my own little town

Oh and it to all be on my own little tropical island, with just my family and friends on it!

 

A troupe of gladiatorial midgets.

I would not buy things, I would invest to get more money, then I would invest that money to get more money. Then when I have enough money I'll buy the world and declare it private property and evict everyone from the Earth, which I will then convert into a planet sized mansion resort for myself.
