Here are some non-related SW drawings I did awhile ago but felt like posting them:

The first is a RoboCop drawing I did in marker, gotta love Robo!

And since I love Batman so much and so do people on the boards, I'd thought I'd give them some Batman:

One of my favorite Batman drawings I did in ink...Not ink pen, but the real stuff...

This next piece is also done in ink. It is my dedication to The Dark Knight comics, well actually it is ink and water. I would draw it in ink then get a paint brush dip it in water to make all the different hues of gray and details...It's a longer piece being about 20" long so I had to scan the top half then the bottom...enjoy!

Your Boba sketch...WOW... lol--I like the title you chose for it too!!! lol

Ink and water--hhmmm...I'd like to try that too! I love the various tones you created using them. My favorite Batman pic is the one where his cape is swooping around him--the watercolor and pencil one.

Great work on RoboCop too!

This is so cool to see all these different works using different methods! You are very versitile!

 

Wow!!! Fantastic sketches/inks/drawings, JediStarKiller2!! I am so loving this artwork! The Boba Fett "Bring it on!" piece is awesome, and the rest are equally gorgeous--I really love the "Bloody Batman" piece, as it also shows some of the quick reference lines you used in constructing the figure (a great thing for me to study, anyway! ). The washes and inking are just beautifully done...just amazing stuff! Do you do this for a living? If not, you really, really need to look into it! Thanks so much for putting these up for us to drool over...er, admire and enjoy!

Thanks for the kind words Falcon Fan...I'm glad you enjoyed my work so far.

I don't really do this for a living...well not yet anyway.

I do some side jobs for people such as portraits done in colored pencil/ebony pencils. And sometimes I get to design a logo for a company...I've already done a roofing company and a pizza place/bar on the campas I currently attend and have a local sewing and vac store in waiting. My best friend and I are currently working on a cartoon to market we just copyrighted that, which I'm excitied about. I plan to do more freelance for people as I go through college to major in graphic design...But I might minor in studio art or fine art too.

Once again thanlks for the your comments, they mean alot to me, and I love when people enjoy my work and take something from it or learn from it. Awesome! Hopefulyl I'll be posting more work soon enough so stay tuned.

Ha!! Most excellent Jawas w/p JSK2! Very nice piece: I like the varied views of them, with different levels of detailing, but all with the same eerie glowing eyes in those dark little hoods--a very nice way to blend the images! The two in the right foreground are my favorites--the robes look wonderful, as does the detailing. A wonderful wallpaper!

I did a quick photoshop project and made this pretty nifty wallpaper---titled "Man and Machine"

And of course more artwork---here's another batma---well here's a Joker piece. It's a tad violent and yes that is Robin with a beat up face, a dart in his eye and providing a good arm rest for Joker. " Joker Wins"

Wow--awesome w/ps, JSK2--I especially love the "painterly" quality of the one of the 501st--great images and a wonderful composition. The "Man and Machine" piece is both heart-tugging and grim: it's a perfect juxtaposition of the human face and the haunting helmet--the eye is what catches the gaze, and makes it all the more poignant. Excellent! And the Joker piece is...grim...as well... It might be a little graphic for our forum--you might want to check with our moderator HanSolo29 just to make sure about this one... I, for one, always loved the Joker as villain--but I guess I never really wanted to see him do in the Dark Knight... **shrugs** Outside of content--the piece is quite vivid, with great colors, perspective and depth. Great work, once again!

Three new Vader Wallpapers up--I'm trying to decide which one to enter into the Wallpaper competition still, since Vader is one of my fav's I did these three, one the last one is one I previously posted except I edited it and added more and I like it better....anyway enjoy: I do it for the fans!!!

Oh man! All very eerie and emotional--but being the hopeless romantic sap that I am, I vote for the first one: the thing that really hit me was the dichotomy of the tender embrace vs. the coldness of that black helmet, and then Padme's peaceful face, ghosted onto the shining artificial eye... BAAAAHHHH!! I'll always go for the emotional pieces--to me, that's the power in them. The third one, with Obi Wan, is also very good--younger Obi Wan in the upper left....that expression, that part of that scene from ROTS left me in tears....again: BAAAAHHH!! Another emotional hit--and one that we can only believe remained with our esteemed Jedi Master for the remainder of his days... They're all wonderful, but I'm for "Vader's Regret" first, then "Birth of Vader" second. Excellent work!
