The next game needs to give you a little more motivation to collect the minikits by allowing you to use the vehicles in some open play battle mission, preferably multiplayer, of course.
I didn't like collecting all the pieces of the ships and not being able to do anything with them but look at them.
And then make the effect retroactive to owners of the first game by giving you a downloadable level for LegoSW1 to use the vehicles you've unlocked there. This would only work for Xbox, PC and Mac versions, of course. Screw the PS2'ers and my condolences to the GC'ers.

Can play as those already. You Get vader when beating the secret level, and technicly the emperor is the sae as darth sidious.(I may be wrong on how they're controlled.)
Other ones are good Idea's except Jabba(He doesn't move at all)and the wampa(He's too big to be a lego, and he wouldn't have any good attacks, just a punch attack).

By the way sith_lords, They already made one, Jedi outcast. It's what happens after episode 6. And they have an episode VIII, Jedi Academy.

JO is not Episode VII. JA is not Episode VIII.

Episode VI is the last one.

If anything would be a sequel it would be the Thrawn Trilogy. And that's as close as it gets. No episode VII.

If this is not an appropirate question, or if I am asking it in the wrong place, I apologize in advance.

I just got Lego Star Wars yesterday and am having trouble getting by chapter six of the Phantom Menace section. It is the part in the very begining of the section where Darth Maul is force-throwing things at you while you are trying to block them. I cannot figure out how to get accross the gap to fight Maul.

Any advice would be much appreicated.

    Thanks

You need to use the force on the stuff Maul is throwing to send back towards him. After a while he's hit so many times he runs off which triggers a bridge or a hover car or something (if I recall correctly) which allows you to get across.

Noticed something new last night that made me laugh. If you chop up a protocol droid so it has no arms and only one leg, it headbuts the door-control panels to activate the doors.

    So cute.

How do I get that one minikit piece on Kashyyk that's in the rock on the beach or whatever (my minikit detector points at the rock on the beach)

I think you have to use the force on all the force-able vegetation.

To be specific, you have to pull out all the carrots and then collect the kit off the rock.

Incredibly annoying because one hit interrupts your force.

^^Yes, it is annyong. But, it gets you the piece.

I can't seem to find all the pieces on the Droid Factory for Episode II. Amazingly, I have all the coins needed, and all the pieces found for every level other than that one... [face_thinking]

Please don't tell me peace of mind. [face_plain]

10 LEG0 mini models to admire outside Dexter's Diner.

What you really want is to collect enough of the studs/coins (the stud meter kind of throbs black & gold when you hit the required number in any given level) to build the 'bonus' mini-kit. This allows you entrance to the hidden bonus level.

Yep, I had gotten that first. I then went back to get the mini-kit pieces in all the levels, thinking I might get something...but no dice. So, I just 100% completed this game in three days? :(

    I didn't even play that much. :(

It would make more sense, since the superkit for the first game was the rebel blockade runner [or Tantive IV, I suppose], if the superkit was a star destroyer.

What's with the "extras" you can buy? I have yet to figure out what they do for the game, it worth it?
