I stopped listening to the soudntrack the 16th of April. I felt that would get it out of my system before the film premeired.

Yes. I love when the dates work out like that. For example, on April 23, there were 23 days left!

May 9, 2002 - 7 DAYS TO GO!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!!

 

Okay, maybe I need to lay off of the soundtrack. Especially with only a week left!!!

Wow.. just a week.

 

Can not beleive it is almost here!!!

 

It isn't. It's really 2000, and all this has just been a dream.

 

The wait is getting almost unbearable now. Last night, after nearly 2 hours and 20 minutes of trying, the Fandango server finally opened up enough for me to snag two opening day tickets! I was so excited, I could hardly sleep! I am like a little kid looking forward to Christmas! Heck, the last few months have been "the most wonderful time of the year"!


Do any of you ever wonder what exactly you are going to do after Episode III is released. Won't it be weird after spending so many years of your lives antisipating these movies to have no more too look forward to? Now I am as happy as the next guy that George is not going to make any episodes beyond VI, but it will certainly take some time to adjust to. It is almost as if a void will be present.


Strange, I had no intentions prior to my sitting down and typing to express that thought. Sorry if I brought anybody down....

Yes, but you couldn't use fandango for the wednsday midnight show. That's why I went and bought the tickets right from the movie theater.

I can't wait for how much fun it will be when we all start our new thread welcoming each other to the SPOILER'S ALLOWED Forum.

Well, a midnight screening was out of the question for me anyway. My junior drivers licence runs out at the early hour of 11, and I don't know anyone fanatical enough who would be willing to drive me at that time of night....

I won't be seeing it at midnight, either, but will be seeing it Thursday.

I should probably hide from the boards next Thursday to avoid last-minute spoilers.

Those 8 hours of work are going to be *torture* though! Especially without the boards!

Oakessteve, that isn't just a rumour. a film friend of mine confirmed it with 2 reliable sources. lucas, spielberg, and ford start production this summer!! woohoo!
