I just got Star Wars: Behind the Magic a few weeks ago and it has some *really* nice pictures of Luke under Images next to his biography. There's an *especially* nice one of him standing on the bridge thing when talking to Vadar in ROTJ. If I ever figure out how, I'll post it on here. Anyone else know what picture I'm talking about?

Hey everyone, I"m new here and I love this thread! Most every SW fan I know is Solo fan and I cna't get them so see Luke's more subtle, yet dramatic and wonderful personality. (hey, I wonder what the ratio of girls to guys posting on this thread is??)
P.S. I picked my name because I think the name is cool, not (so much for) the character.

Whoa! I've just now seen this humongous (spelling?) thread, and I can't BELIEVE how old it is! I mean, it's managed to stay here for MONTHS!! You know, this thread is so incredibly huge that I feel I have nothing to contribute. I know Luke (and Mark) is this incredibly AMAZING person who deserves a thousand times more credit than he's given, but I must say that everything that can be said has been said. Gee, I hate it when I come in late! But I also love knowing that there are a lot of people out there who feel the same way as I do. I just wish I knew you people in "real" life! Gosh, it's so lonely....

Sorry to join the party so late! I've been lurking at other, rather involved, threads and just never saw this!

The only reason I went to see SW years ago was because I liked Mark Hamill from The Texas Wheelers, and I've been a SW fan ever since.

Luke staring out at the sunset at Tatooine just melted my teen-age heart. Sigh.

Anyway, nice to be here.

Where is everybody? ...Okay let's see...we've done favorite Luke scene, favorite Luke costume, favorite Luke line. Hmmmm....what are we missing? Oh yes...favorite Luke hairdoo! Okay...Mine is that one probably best seen in the hangar of the Hoth base where he's looking up at Han and that little flip at the back of his neck...with that boyish grin framed by those lovely locks!

have you posted yet that gorgeous closeup of Luke you have in your webpage gallery... where Luke is looking over his shoulder and his eyes are really really really blue. I think its from the same session as the infamous "SexyLuke" photo, but this one is a close-up;
that's gotta be one of his best looks ever!

I like to picture Luke looking as he does in ESB, but with his black Jedi outfit on. I love his hair in ESB the best.
