Major Error in AOTC

All I got to say to show that EU is crap is:
Luuke Skywalker.

WTF? That was garbage...

Things like Luuke Skywalker and Palpatine coming back into the story, make the EU atrocious and unrespectable.

Jar Jar Binks.

WTF? That was garbage...

Things like Jar Jar Binks and the Chosen One prophecy make TPM atrocious and unrespectable.

 

Ok maybe not. But Luuke was crap.

JArJar and the prophecy are part of the Star Wars universe. You're calling star wars crap, then.

The stuff in the EU doesn't have to come out, they are additional, and poor at that.

That may be but one lousy character or idea doesn't invalidate the entire series, just as Jar Jar doesn't make the entire Star Wars saga crappy.

And I agree with PB, this should've been closed a long time ago. The question has already been answered and has degenerated into a "Does the EU suck" debate.

I didn't mean to seem bitter in anyway...I just wanted to state that most people don't avoid the things they don't like and, instead, choose to taunt and be negative to the people who do like what they don't.
