Need some horrifying ideas for scary stories

getting shot up with a paralyzing drug, then stuck in a wall, and is slowly walled up as the kidnapper is placing bricks in front of the person.

 

Nobody liked my idea.

 

It isn't that I disliked your idea Lobot_Omy, but Robert Smith of the Cure as my dad is just sooooooo much scarier.

 

acctually, i have no problem with them as 14 year olds...

 

Robert Smith as your mum would be even scarier...

Exar Tull's got a pretty good idea up there. Except it might be too much like Cask of Amontillado for your prof.

Actually, I think the apple idea is the most original yet.

How about this: a story in the first person about a person in prison who begins to believe that a monster dwells in the depths of the prison and eats prisoners. He is to be transferred in one week, but the prisoners in his cell block are slowly dissappearing and he just might not make it . . .

 

Gothic horror, huh ? Write a story about a sociopath who is killing young girls, but the real twist will be that he's dead the whole time, and technically, since he isnt alive he cant be convicted.

 

How about an ancient and powerful Vampire getting tired of her evil undead existence, and her powerful magic to switch bodies with some unwitting young woman? The Vampire gets to enjoy mortality again (and no longer fears death), but this innocent young woman suddenly finds herself a Vampire, with uncontrollable urges to kill, and the power do so whenever she likes. The part of her that is still human wants to stop, but she can?t.

 

Or how about this: A man awakens in a strange place with no memory of the previous night and finds himself being stalked by a dark figure in a cloak and hood. He tries to contact his friends but he can't reach them on the phone and as he runs from this strange figure, he reaches the homes of his friends and finds them empty. The twist is the man is dead and the cloaked figure is a demon come to take him to Hell. He can't find his friends because they are at his funeral!

 

My idea is scarry, too!!!

I think the story of King Edward II's death by hot poker buggery takes the cake for the day.

 

How about a story of someone posting a thread for horror story ideas, only, every 'suggestion' starts to come true... [face_shocked]

Put somthing in there about the Jersey Devil or Bigfoot.They are both scary and funny,just try not to laugh just try !!! i dare you.
