Probably one of the weirder entries into Star Wars canon where a blank-faced, floating giant Luke Skywalker head with flowers growing out of the side of his neck terrorizes a cross-dressing Ken, white C-3PO and three stormtroppers who don't know what the hell is going on.

Except for the part where Ken is wearing lady clothes.

He's got the body for it, Leia is probably jealous, also that's why White C-3PO looks so shocked, he just can't deal with the cross dressing Jedi Prince(cess) anymore.

 

That's specifically what inspired me to say it's better.

I appreciate the effort Drew Struzan put into the cover art that he did.

Like I said, I won't be doing the Jedi Prince series straight through. It's one of those things that should be savored. But don't worry, if you still feel the anger flowing through you, I intend to give you an outlet.

Revan, Master Strategist, and the Jedi Exile, Hero of Legend, come up with the plan of trying to kill the Sith Emperor by attacking him with their lightsabers.

 

The book were I noticed that my Revan is totally different than the "offical" Revan.

 

The apotheosis of Del Rey's fetish for one-word titles...no, wait, what's the opposite of apotheosis?

 

Ooo, what's yours?

 

Also breaking the rule, but I really don't care. If you like, just take the last sentence, the first three just add context.

"Revan! Revan? Why's he running, dad?"

"Because we have to chase him."

"He didn't do anything wrong."

"Because he's the hero the Republic deserves, but not the one it needs right now; so we'll hate him, because he won't be around to hear it, because he's not a player character anymore; He's an NPC; A deadbeat dad; The Generic Knight."

 

Revan goes raiding a lost mask with Canderous while Scourge gets to play his class quest through without having to do boring side quests on the way.

 

The book that ruined everybody's headcanon, destroyed any hope of a KOTOR 3, and made me mad enough to start writing a fix fic.

 

Revan is when everyone realized that Revan was popular because he was a blank canvas they could project to be as cool as they wanted and by depicting him as an actual character that effect was ruined.

 

Late into the production people noticed that they had another book named Scourge coming out, and so the book's title character had to be changed.

 

Am I the only one who found this book tolerable? Oh, that's not my entry, I'm just asking. My entry is...

In a book that is titled after Revan and focuses on Scourge instead, one wonders why they didn't get Matt Stover to write this book, because then the Sith Emperor would've actually been menacing.
