The Star Trek club have invited us again to compete in a SCI FI Quiz Night against them!!

When: 29th January, 2005
Where: Rear of State Museum - North Terrace
Time: 7.30pm onwards!
BYO: Food and drink! - Coffee and tea provided.
Costumes: WHy not?

We did this last year and we have the best time and came second or third (can't remember) against all the Trekkies.....

The questions are odd, unusual and obsucre. But this makes it even more fun.....

If you want in, let me know, let's get a team going!!!

Sadly I'm not going to be able to make this one

But as long as you guys remember that Han Solo was played by Harrison Ford, that the two main robots in Star Wars are C3PO and R2D2 and are up on all 1960's TV shows you should have it in the bag

First we laugh at them for having 10 dud low grossing movies (add em all up & they still dont out gross ANH)
Second, we beat em soundly in a trivia contest.
Thirdly, why is there a dope leaf & two piping shrikes as a banner ? Sturt Pea out... Dope leaf in.... Are we now "officially" the Australian drug capital ? Just noticed it & has distracted me profoundly......

It's an add silly! Not a great one, but one none the less.....and I suppose you and DBB will expect me to feed you both as well..... Might not be able to get there till 7.30pm as Justifier will be home from Cricket at 7pm, we will play 'tag' and I will leave as he arrives.
