So...what dates are available for our September meeting?

 

Are we no longer meeting on the 3rd Sunday of each month?

No.

Long answer:
The only event that I know of on the calendar for September 21st is The Rebellion's meeting.

Also as a topic of discussion: The Position of CR and possible replacements as I'll be resigning soon.

 

Yeah lets watch the Ewoks. I also got the Force Amoung Us we can watch some time. Its good for a few laughs, but also has some interesting quality stuff in it as well.

 

She said she doesn't care, so if we're organized enough that morning we'll bring out the DVD and the laptop.

My attendance for this meeting is now tentative.
Gramps fell last night and almost bled to death overnight.
He's been admitted to Park Ridge Hospital and I will be either at work or there for the next several days.
Unfortunately the fall and loss of blood are apparently part of several other issues currently with his health so his prognosis is currently unknown and as such so is any free time I have.

We started to try to discuss this, but it was a little difficult.
Hopefully next month we can get a meeting with more people in attendance.
Next month's meeting lands on October 19th.

My plan is still to basically hold this position until someone else is chosen to take over.
I'm not particularly thrilled to be in this job currently.

I have quite a bit to say but have had the ability to speak where appropriate taken away.
Hopefully next months meeting will find me available to attend and not away due to family matters.

As far as Rebellion business, I talked to John this weekend and we're going to push forward with the idea to turn this board into a haven for the Rochester Area Mini players/traders to chat and post tournament schedules and leagues.

FYI
He got himself released Friday night against Doctors wishes.
I went to Minis Saturday and afterward we were back up Saturday night for Chest Pains.
We slept back home all day Sunday and he's just in a continuing state of rest either in his recliner or laying in bed.
Mom is taking over his medical proxy and is basically activating every legal failsafe we have to assume control and make sure he's taken care of and his interests protected.

He'll have 4 tests tomorrow and that'll decide the next step to take.
Either more blood transfusions (he needs them to replace the large amount still missing) or possible internment at a permanent care facility.

Oh yeah...its all rock & roll at the Scott house.
