    I'm hoping it'll be the title for a new spin-off. Episode 1: Hitler, episode 2: Napoleon... :p

Oh, well, if they're still only shooting it, then it's obvious it wouldn't be ready for this fall... I mean, the postproduction must take a month or two (or three), right? It makes sense for them to broadcast it next year. I just hope it will be in early spring and not fall again...

The rumour that I have been hearing is that it'll be ready for the winter months, so possibly a January/Feburary start? It'll be great to have it on TV around the same time as Being Human. :D

It would certainly make for a great post-Christmas TV event.

    Sunday nights again, please.

I can't see them leave it until the summer for broadcast. First of all the anticipation is immense and they can't keep it back too long because of that... but secondly the BBC like putting their best adult oriented (8.30pm / 9.00pm) dramas on when it's cold and dark of an evening so more people will watch (Doctor Who doesn't count as it's a family show). The first series of Sherlock was uncharted territory so (I presume) got put out in a less risky summer slot. No way that'll happen again, I wouldn't think.

When you look at the concept, Sherlock Holmes but in a modern setting, you can't blame the BBC for thinking the show wuld probably have flopped. I know I was going to give it a miss until I found out it was co-produced between Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss the Friday before A Study in Pink. Now that the series has proven it's worth it's not surprising that the beeb are hoarding it for the opportune moment.

I'd say Sherlock will get a Sunday or possibly even a Tuesday slot.

I've just caught up on episode three of BBC TWO's The Hour, and have only now realised that Moffat's Moriarty - Andrew Scott - is in it. He's pretty good, too, but now I've spotted him all I'm seeing is Moriarty! :p

Well, I first saw Andrew Scott in "Lennon Naked", so when he turned up in "The Great Game" I was like, "OMG it's Paul McCartney!" :p

That's Moriarty, with only two "r"s. Wouldn't want you to have a misspelled T-shirt. ;)

I'd forgotten he was in Lennon Naked. I think I've blocked it out from my memory. :p
