Star Wars Weekend?

Hi everyone...... before you all freeze me in Carbonite please listen.
I'm in marketing and I wanted to organise for my client a theme promotional weekend over Easter weekend which would be a Star Wars theme.
Rather than have Mr Blobby or Postman Pat I thought it would be much more fun and exciting to have a 'Star wars Event'. Everyone loves Star Wars
and would rather have enthusiasts like yourself contribute and have some real fun and role playing. This would be great PR and great fun, obviously
we don't mind recompensing yourself. We would love this to be an annual outdoor event and gathering and offer the opportunity to express more openly.
While it is still early stages, we would love to have some free competitions for people, Laser fights, re-enactments, photo opprtunities, freebies etc. And make a free fun weekend of this. It's not stalls or merchandising more promotional fun. What do you guys think? Cheers
