    How evil that is.
I say we lead a ruthless campaign against the foolish corporation.

    [:D] Thanks. :)

It wasn't all bad, they'll 'keep my details on file' and they did refund my travel expenses (all £16 of it).

At least they gave you your fare - have to trek it to London on Wednesday (which is going to cost me £50...), and I'm not sure if the company will refund that [face_worried]

Still, they've got your details, so here's hoping ;)

EDIT: Managed to confuse the post button with the faces one... (No, I don't know how either...) :p

Why is it going to cost you that much to get to London?

You should get a student railcard, that gives you 1/3 off rail fares.

Twinky: I have to travel during peak-time to be there by 9am, so the train company fleeces you for mouchos monies... Normally only costs about £20 off peak

Richie: Believe it or not, that's including the 1/3 off with a railcard... [face_worried]

Still, all is well - off to visit a friend near London for the next few days, so it'll only cost me £5.80. Ah, so great to be able to cheat the system :D

I've found that it saves money if you try getting singles instead of returns if you go before 9:30

For me to get attend my Uni course on the days I start at 9am, a return would cost me about £34 and I'd get minimal discount because I'm going early.

But, buying a single out and a single back means I get a good reduction on the return single because I'm going home in the afternoon. I've now reduced my fare to £17, and the days that I go in later I can buy returns cos after 9:30 they are very cheap.

*Grabs a Fosters from the bar and perches on a bar stool*

Now, to continue my little social experiment... So - about the ice cream...? :D

EDIT: And Hal - you're the one responsible for the Barbie banner in the RPF?!? Did I miss something? I feel I may have to get violent if I see pink again... :p

    Thanks Hal :p

Of course, I think you should change it back to the Happy Feet one - everyone obviously hated that one more than the Barbie one... [face_whistling] O:)

It was fine. I went to bed at 1, woke up at 5, then back to bed at like 6, then woke up at 10.

So that's roughly the full 8 hours.

I don't think hal and spike's admin powers let them do what you dreamt, it's ok.

Well unless hal and spike control zombies, they're not responsible.
