Provo The Good News Thread

On September 17th, 2007, at 8:29 AM, my second born and first son, Matthew Evan Whittaker was born at the Orem Community Hospital. He weighed 9 pounds, 7 ounces and was 21.5 inches long.

 

Congrats, papi.

 

I survived the Mormon Tabernacle Choir audition exam. I don't know yet if I passed, but I got through it all on tuesday night.

 

I have passed and will be singing on October 24 at 7:50 p.m. in the final audition.

And in completely unrelated and not as important news... I've finally made it to Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows!!!

I survived my audition and will find out in 2 weeks whether or not I made it.

 

The Red Sox won the World Series on Sunday night!

 

I got a film job today (Production Assistant). I start on Monday and will work until the end of December, possibly part of January.

 

My wife gave birth Monday morning (3:08am!!) to a healthy baby boy. PM for more info if you want it. Mom and baby are home and doing fine.

I'm now 27 and had a lot of fun at my birthday party, thanks to people from around these boards in a large part.

I found an apartment to move into once my contract runs out and it's only a block south and 3 blocks east.

I hit 350,000 words on said monsterpiece.

 

Spiritofeowyn and Gardener are coming to entertain us and Kateydidnt will hopefully introduce me to her niece and nephew!

 

When is that happening?
