I've started a new thread for Tournament Listings as well as General Minis Discussion.

Hopefully more of the SW:Minis League and Tournament players will soon join us here for more activity and hopefully: new members.

John said that the next DCI SW minis tourney will be 200 points on July 12th.. Too bad we have too many things going on that day to play.

 

Yeah...I have the Baptism that day. :-\
Maybe show up and play a round or two but after I gotta jet.

 

Yeah, if I were to go, I wouldn't be able to be there until 2:30 or so since the Monroe County Fair's Intergalactic Reception is 12-2 p.m., right?

Also: Chris told me about this Knights of the Old Republic preview on Saturday. Check it out. The assassin reminds me of Cyclops.

 

After a few requests Saturday for another game this week since the League closed for the week, I said I'd run a game tonight
Chris, Josh + Brother, Dean & Patrick and maybe Terry will be attending.

From what I understood, its Scenario 2 and 3 on Thursday.
You'll get your Lightsaber upgrades just in time to fight Lord Nyax.

Knights of the Old Republic Miniatures Preview #3 has been posted. A Tusken with Evade and Stealth! How about a Sith Lord who can spend Force Points when defeated to come back at full hit points? WOW.

 

Hence why Chris wanted to wait until AFTER KOTOR to start his big league.

 

Oh, I just found the previews for Squint and Elite Sith Trooper and previews for Darth Malak, Dark Lord of the Sith and the Old Republic Captain. At this rate, we'll know most of the set before it comes out.

 

More Mandos and Old Republic fodder in WOTC's KotOR preview 4

 

WOTC's KotOR preview 5 is up already. What does that make? 14/60 figures known before the set is released so far? What's the release date?

Last tournament they had a full poster with pictures of every Mini on it.

I've been e-mailing back and forth with John this morning. He had set Saturday's tourney at 150 points, but he won't be there, so whoever shows up can decide what they want to play I guess. Perhaps play Terry's league. I wonder who will show up?

Also, the KotOR release event is set for August 9th., but I wonder if the minis will be there since WOTC's website has a release date of August 19th..

 

I dont know if neither Terry or Josh is going.
I spoke with them both last week at League and they said they werent.
The Game Format is changing btw.
We're going to Gambit style.

I don't know. Tom is working on Thursday as usual, but I could go to a sneak preview of a chick flick this Thursday night. Plus, I haven't faced Darth Nyax like you guys have, so I don't know. Do you need Antares Draco for your Imperial Knights or know anyone that does?
