Actually, it was our exchange student from Germany who wrote that... It's also written in korean somewhere... Since we had some exchange students we sort of made an international gingerbread house...

Canada is an awesome place, Really beautiful cities up there.

Nina, that is a wonderful ginger bread house. I love making them.

It is so nice to be together for the holidays Jeannette put up a Christmas tree yesterday that she picked out from several stores in the last few days. Mom made her Christmas cake some time ago and it tastes lovely...fruits galore ans she added some extra almond essense...yummers!


Pete! Hey! Funny but Sri Lanka has been getting cold during the mornings...then at work they crank the AC up so high I am threatening to take winter clothes with me to work!


Ohh...the tree. Mine is in the living area and the lights are already on it. I need to now add the streamers and ornaments. All the decor will be red, silver and gold. Verry Christmasy and it's what I've have done for a few years now.

I have to go do my work out now-yeah, I'm strange like that. And then relax a bit and have lunch.

Tonight we will be having guests over in the evening. The family visits us. Then in the nigh-kinda late actually-we'll be going out to dinner and a party.

 

I hope that everyone in this Region is OK after that Tsunami last night.

I heard that India and Sri Lanka got hit really hard, over 1000 reported dead in each of them, and the Maldives capital Malé is 3/4 flooded, and whats worse is, they're expecting another Tsunami.

I am hoping for all of you lots safety.

 

It is a very sad and uncertain time for alot of people in the far east right now. I have over 100 relatives in
Sri Lanka and are hoping to get some news about them soon. Most of them live in the central areas of the country but there are several that live in the coastal areas.
