When & Where???

I was thinking meeting at Riley Park around 10. the Fair starts at 10:30. or do we want to meet for breakfast?

Well i think going to have breakfast would be a good idea,

 

Man can't make breakfast gonna be working the show so hope everyone stops by the tables to check them out. Also would like a pic of everyone in costume cause that would look cool maybe a group one with the 501st aswell. Hope to see everyone there should be fun.

 

If breakfast is a go, maybe we should meet down at Phils on 14th street around 9 or 9:30.

Excellent idea.....we've certainly done enough events together that we should have had one long ago.

 

Can I join, I live next to Phils. I don't have a costume though.

 

Has the Calgary Force thought about going to breakfast with the 501st since they plan to do it also on the same day or is that not an option?

 

Any members of the 501st are of course welcome to join us for breakfast.
I'm up for Phils...do they serve blue milk? Are they walking distance from the toy fair?

Myself and Lana will be with Ryan so we will se you all there. I beleave the 501st are going to the cafe' bouquet its on 4th just beside the train shop. Its in the nw I think.

 

The Cafe Bouquet is at 2614A 4 St. N.W.

lol everyone will spilling out into the streets and lined up around the block. Maybe we can do a clown car thing and see how many SW fans you can cram into the place, pressed up against the windows and whatnot.

I'm bringing a camera just for that.

 

Ohhhh..yeah....SERIOUSLY small. I think my livingroom/diningroom might just be larger. If you actually want to eat....I'm not sure you'll want to come with us.

 

Hello There...........I can't make the breakfast but I will see you all at the meeting. I don't have a costume yet, so I will be going upto all of you to introduce myself sense this is the first event since I joined. See you there around 10ish at the park.

Since the 501st have chosen the Smallest Cafe Known To Man and Beast, everybody else will be meeting for breakfast at the following location:

9:00 am, Saturday August 20th

From there we will go to the Comic and Toy fair. Hope to see you all there!

 

LMAOROTF....yep...I'm pretty sure I've never seen one smaller. But Scot (BH7113) has been going there for about 9 years on Saturday's so that's how we ended up there. The nice thing is that Erin and I get to show up in our PJ's and no one cares....not sure I'd want to try that at Phil's....

We'll definitely all hook up after the event though....and of course during!

 

I'm know I'm going to get whacked for mentioning this, and I am sorry, but this "thread", has got to be the funniest thing that i've read in a while.
Just the slightest idea of SlaveLeia driving around town in SW garb, is enough for "Quentin Tarantino's Resevoir Star Wars."

sorry I missed out on yesterday's event. Was out VERY late the night before with my brothers and then we had to do the family thing the rest of the day as it was their last day in town. I'm sure I'll hear all about the fun at tomorrow's class

chinook got them in on Thursday. Their vader and anikin should be in on monday /tuesday
