Madison, WI Uhh..hello, everyone.

Hi there. Uhm..well, where to start. My name's Josh, 18. I'm currently residing in Janesville right now, not too far from Madison and was looking for a community like this. Not sure what you guys all do, but it seems like you all just get together, go out, and have fun...and that sounds good to me.

Sorry if I come off as a bit awkward, by the way..but truth be told, I am.

I'm a big Star Wars fan and this just kinda seems like my...niche, if you will. I AM interested in purchasing myself a set of Jedi robes and was wondering if anyone here knew of a good resource to do so.

If someone could get back to me on this or if anyone wants to get to know me, feel free to reply or e-mail or whatever.

Glad to see your post, Josh. I'm not much of a costumer, but we have a few in our group that might have a few pointers. If you'd like, you're more than welcome to come out and join us at our meeting on Friday.

 

Don't worry about being awkward in the group. We're a great little group and we don't just talk Star Wars but what ever comes to mind, I imagine Transformers will be a subject of discussion on Friday. I won't be there however, but I'm sure they'll talk about me, just don't believe most of it if you show up.

 

Well thanks guys. I hope I can make it up sometime just to hang out. It's hard finding people that are into the same things as me, believe it or not. Just hope you don't mind some kid tagging along.

 

There are a few people in the area or midwest who will take commissions for Jedi costumes. Mind you, it will not be cheap (a good Jedi costume is hideously expensive, even for those of us who make our own). I can throw out a few names if you want to look into a commission.
