Roch, NY Village Gate Toy Show - Sunday December 2nd 10am-4pm

Just noticed we didn't have a seperate thread for this event yet...

I am planning to purchase the combined group table for this on Monday and would welcome contributions since we have no money in the "account". I'm guessing The Rebellion's share to be about $9.

Yes this probably was what everyone was talking about. We do not have anything else like this going on for a while.

No, unfortunately - it's run by an older man who isn't very internet (or probably even computer) savvy.

If no one has any objections, we could pick Toys for Tots as the charity again this year.

Also, heard from Tom Caulkins that we'll have visitors from Buffalo selling at our show again this year.

I'm going to drop 4 dollars into the Rebellions share of the table.
If someone(s) would be so kind to supply the other 5.

I'll be updating the Financial Thread this evening but I'd like try for a 'Bottle & Can' Month where all of us, as a group, save our bottles and cans and recycle them to handle club costs.

Knowing Tim and I, thats good for about $10

We mostly drink juice and milk here, but we could probably add a few bottles or cans.

The Rebellion's portion of the table will only be $5.83.

Here's the breakdown:
Total cost - $35
Half goes to USS Tranquility and half to SW groups, which gets divided 3 ways.

The USS Tranquility has paid for their half and (so far) I have paid for the SW half.
