[WEG] World Equestrian Games: NBC Coverage starting at noon Central Time Sunday

Unfortunately coverage for this is nonexistent other than internet youtube links and www.equestrianlife.com. Horses and riders from all over the world get together and compete in their disciplines. This is in Lexington, KY this year at the Kentucky Horse Park which is where Rolex is held every year. Every single horse discipline shows up. Reining, Vaulting, eventing, jumping, dressage, and even driving.

Here is a link of quite possibly the most amazing Dressage ride I've ever seen. Dressage is the most difficult for people not in the know about horses to be able to fully appreciate but it is still incredibly cool to watch. The best stuff happens towards the end so if you click the link stick it out! Just the reaction from the crowd should let you know how awesome this is.

Spruce Meadows, in Alberta, has a big equestrian event every fall.

 

Pictures of all the cross country jumps that the riders are going to have to jump tomorrow. They are insane!
