A scrolling marquee would be great! What do you need for that?

 

Strawbary can help you out with that, Roseanna. It's what NJO has on their TFN boards.

 

It scrolls right to left (or the other way around if you want) like a news ticker. You can have it say whateber you want. Usually meet info or any other Rebel news.
