Here, we will list all of the known issues that currently exist on the boards so that they're all in one place. I know people like LAJ_FETT and Ramza will help me populate this.

Mods, feel free to edit this post with additional info and of course additional known issues.

    • Truncated posts - Please see this thread for info
    • Character encoding issues - Accented letters were altered in the migration, as well as some characters like quotation marks being converted to ?'s. Explained very well here.
    • Duplicate alerts being displayed for the same item
    • Styling issues on category pages and in private conversations - explained here
    • Stars and titles are not showing up correctly for everyone
    • Post history in user profile only showing partial list of posts (posts can still be found using search, however)
    • Old images in posts not displaying due to old BB code
    • Smiley 'pick' box extends below the bottom of the page - had same problem on the temp boards

Added the image BB code issue to the list. Also added the fact that the smiley list extends beyond the bottom of the screen. (It was the same way on the temp boards).

Not sure if this is edit worthy, but the duplicate notifications are specifically related to quoted posts. Disabling quoted posts in your alert preferences will "fix" the problem if it becomes an annoyance, though obviously you'll stop seeing such notifications altogether.
