    While I love classical music very much, as well as women singer/songwriters like Tori Amos, and Sarah Mclachlan, I chose "other". Progressive metal/ commercial industrial is probably my favourite (Tool, Perfect Circle, King Crimson, NIN, etc.)

    I like a lot (prog, UK indie, industrial, goth, alt, electronic, metal, jam, classical, jazz, blues, hip-hop, glam, punk, psychedelic, rock etc.), so I have to say All.

    I *love* classical music. I can't imagine why anyone would feel otherwise. Hey, it's called CLASSICAL music for a very good reason...

    Music created for the joy of music and as a means of communication. Which means pretty much all of it. But if I MUST be pigeonholed, I'd say rock in all its various forms and styles.

    I'll say rock in from the 60's and 70's. Musical preference is about the only thing me and my parents can agree on :)

    A lot of the music I listen too isn't based on one particular genre.
    For instance, I listen to techno/trance and a fave DJ of mine is Timo Maas.

    I also listen to newer rock, or alt rock if you prefer such as Radiohead or the Aquabats.
    And then of course I listen to punk such as Face to Face or Strung Out.
    And then Emo, which I listen to with groups such as Weezer and Sunny Day Realestate.

    Just about anything--mostly pop/rock (Barenaked Ladies, Savage Garden, BBMak), but also some country (Alan Jackson, George Strait, Jessica Andrews, Faith Hill) and some hip-hop (Nelly, Sisquo). The only thing I really don't like is metal.
