    Uppers...

I voted for TESB: SE Disc 1, which is in the minority, but containts perhaps my single favorite track, The Asteroid Field. I'll never get tired of listening to that.Plus, I really like the fastcues of the Rebels escaping Hoth. Great stuff.

I certainly find myself listening to the TPM UE CD1 the most. Almost every morning when I get out of the shower I turn my CD player on, go to track 20, and listen until I finish getting dressed, doing situps, pushups, and doing my hair.

    VAnity Sithy, vanity...

TPM UE, both discs the same. I only recently got TESB SE and I don't seem to have the chance to listen to CD's that much. TESB discs have got the Imperial logo on the label side of the disc! [face_shocked] How cool!

Yah, I love the TESB and ROTJ cds because of their cool logos on there! ANH is cool also. :)

I really wish TPM woulda done something along the same lines. Like having the cd art thing "fit" the circle (like how the Rebel insignia, the Imperial insignia and the Death Star are all circular like the CD itself). They coulda done Trade Federation battleships or a top view of the Jedi Council chamber or something. Bah, I want my Star Wars cds to all look the same!

yea i was disappointed with TPM UE for that reason-they dont seem to measure up to the special editons presentation. for instance couldnt they throw in the themes that didnt appear in the movies? the first TPM soundtrack had them. wouldn't you think an "ultimate" editon would too?

maybe we will have to wait till TPM has a special edition at the theaters for a new soundtrack that fits in with the classic trilogy SE CDs

They will all match someday when a boxed set of all 6 scores together. Until then, it's up to the various record labels. Or RCA/Victor and Sony Classical...

The RCA/Victor releases are not perfect either, but they are better than any other Star Wars release to date...

Yeah, it's a good thing those notes aren't curvy or anything. That would just be confusing. :p
