A Moncton resident, eh? Welcome to the forum! We are currently in the process of trying to organize an official FanForce meeting in Moncton. It'd be great if you'd be able to attend. It'll probably be something simple like a movie at Famous Players, but we'd love to have you along. The more the merrier!

 

Derek...ACG is a social forum...in fact, the longest runnin gag in here is how nothing remains on topic. This one has done very well in doing so, with only a few rabbit trails. You have never had a problem with threads goin off topic before. Why all of a sudden do you care now?

Not tryin to start a fight...just a little confused at the moment...

 

I have a long history with "Who are you?" threads. I created one back in 1999 that is still going in Lit and is in the top ten of longest running threads. I just want to keep this one on topic as an informational thread because it makes it easier to find out someone's name or location without having to sift through a bunch of conversational posts.

 

Yeah, this one always stayed until topic till recently.

 

The thread would still be on topic and doin well had Derek not have posted what he did. We all know the rules, both written and understood. I just took it bad when I saw the whole stayin on topic thing. This thread would not have gone too far off, and would come right back around. I just didn't see a point in it. However, this is digressin from the point of the thread, and since we all want to keep it on topic, then we shall stop now.

well, last time I was home we wanted to post, but if we used his name, we added to his huge (compared to mine) post count, if we used mine, he would just go ahead and type stuff, this way, it's both of us.It can't be used often, cause we're rarely together, but just to avoid that mess.
