I'm thinking it might be John Goodman from Rosanne.

okay, I believe I know the actor so I'm going to take a stab in his 1999 resume and say: Blast from the Past.

I got it??? I got it!!!! I knew it was Christopher Walkin from the first time I read the quote!! I just needed to figure out which movie it was from 8D

Ok, and now for my quote. I saw this movie for the first time a couple of weeks ago, the line might not be spot on. I'll re-watch the film tomorrow so that I can get the direct line but here it is:

"I'll have to dig up my doll grave yard!"

ok, here is a hint. The Seed of Chucky is as FAR from this movie as possible. It is an classic flick.

    and a 2nd hint:
Judy Garland is in the film.

    Nope.

    Here is another hint:
This movie is NOT a thriller, slasher, scary movie.

okay, I've sorta killed this thread with a super hard line. I'll post a new line to a more popular movie.
Just to let you guys know, the pervious line came from the movie Meet me in St. Louis. The line is from the scene when the father announces that they will be moving to the big city and the youngest daughter bounds out of the room declaring, "I'll have to dig up my doll graveyard!"
I thought it was so funny because it was this old BW movie and the line was spoken by a sweet little girl.

    Here is the new one:

"I prefer to be called evil genius!"

My favorite line from that movie has to be: (haven't seen it in a while, so forgive any misquoting)

"I always wanted to add grand theft and reckless endangerment to list of things to do today."
    "You too?"

EDIT: Actually, that movie is QUITE quotable from start to finish.
