Anyone going in August?

 

I know that I am for sure, and one of my friends. I just was talking to Eric about this yesterday and he said that they are going to be showing some Episode III preview stuff so that should be cool. But yeah, I'll be there.

No info on Wizard's site yet about SW guests.

If the price isn't too bad and my present situation improves, I may be interested especially if they have Ep. III previews!

Well I would assume so, I went to the Hasbro thing last year and they showed the CW line and the other stuff that is coming out now. So I would assume that they are going to show some toys whether they will be Episode III I'm not sure but I would guess that they will.

I wanted to bring home their Geonosis display case from last year.

Hopefully Hasbro will preview at least some Ep. 3 toys and not hold out on us.

I'd really like to go this year--it's after I graduate, so I'll have plenty of free time (and cash!) to waste.

Exactly! I've decided that worrying about money is only going to make it worse--I need to enjoy my summer. You know, summer after senior year, big road trips, lots of partying.

 

I plan to rack up Associates degrees until I die, and then I'll never have to pay off any of the loans.

 

The summer after senior year is the last one you get to enjoy. After that you turn in workaholics. I miss those days

 

I turned into a workaholic to pay off all the things I kept buying. I am on my way to full recovery, although I still have a DVD addiction that I just can't cure. I still find time to party though
like tonite when I go see Metallica and Godsmack in Madison.

 

You got tickets??

 

We got tickets on the floor which is standing room only but it's cool because you are closer to the stage. We missed the first two songs from Godsmack unfortunately since we hung out in the room too long and had to stand in line for a half hour. Metallica was great as usual even though I don't care too much for their latest CD. They're coming to Milwaukee again in August, I can't wait.

 

Sounds like I missed a good show. I would have loved to see both groups but tickets sold out too fast. Are you going in August again?

 

I'm planning on it even though I don't have tickets yet. Even if they're sold out it usually isn't too hard to find tickets. It was a good show even though I had a little gutrot going on from too much drinking and not eating before the concert. I will not learn my lesson and will probably do it at the next one too.

 

I did that before the Nugent concert I went to and ended up having to walk out for a bit so I wouldn't get sick.

 

I'm surprised more people don't get sick at Ted Nugent concerts.
