Marvel needs to release those clips they showed asap. I need to see if Scarlett ruined Black Widow.

I would love to see Marvel do a Doctor Strange movie.

I also got to discussing how Iron Fist and Powerman could make a killer movie. Keep it kind of spoofy and light heated. I could definitely see Owen Wilson or the like as an Iron Fist and perhaps a straightman as Powerman... maybe someone like Sam Jackson, other than he has already been cast in the marvel movies.

My science-fiction film professor mentioned this today; there was a round of "Oh noes!" from half the class.

Did anyone watch Stargate: Universe on Friday? I think it seems like a darker version of Lost in Space.

I am definitely liking the series so far. I like the darker tone that the show has had so far, but I am hoping that the writers do move off of the 'Oh my God, the ship is falling apart and we have to fix something' type of storylines that have been the focus of the first few episodes. If the entire season is made up of episodes like that, I may not keep watching it.

Eric - I believe the villain to be Whiplash, who is a kinda joke in the comics, so I am intrigued to see how they make him into a big bad-ass in the movie.

So I thought Iron Man 2 was great. I like the first one better but not by much. I also liked Terrence Howard better in the role of Rhodey better then Don Cheedle. And Gwyneth Paltrow looked FANTASTIC. Over all I really enjoyed the story and was glad they dint over saturate the movie with villains like another Marvel franchise I wont name here.

Amy, Tash and I have been to see it. Went to see it at the opening in Louisville. Tash dragged me along for a second round which was just as good!

The audience at the midnight showing was fantastic as was the small group we had at the second showing. Was fun to have an involved audience there. I think Amy was still on a ComicCon high and wanted to scream and cheer at all the good parts, and they probably wouldn't have minded.

Definitely a movie you need to see in theaters first before ever watching it on a smaller screen. Worth the price of admission!

I wouldn't have minded. Haha. I think we should all got to HP7.1 in November and scream and cheer.

It'd be worth it. That's something we ought to get into the works as far as schedule planning...see if things mesh.
Maybe we can win stuff again this time around!

The seventh book I had already bought but wouldn't come til 8am.
My god I was so tired the next day.
And then of course I hurled the book across the rooms in an exhausted emotional rage at several parts..
