HamptRds, VA A Costume event request on September 17 (HRR and TA)

Forgive me for just dumping a short notice troop on this board.

I was asked by my GT REC to coordinate this event for Garrison Tyranus (I got this kind of last minute myself).

We are doing a Troop at the Best Buy on Independence BLVD in support of the Blu-Ray Star Wars release.
It is on Saturday September 17 2011, and runs from 10 AM until 2 PM.
Blasters are allowed.
A secure changing area has been promised.

The manager I spoke with has specifically requested some "Good Guy" characters too.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'll be there, probably rocking Tie Pilot. Might want to post over on the TA boards, too. Is the meeting still happening after this event?
